We stayed 7 nights in late April 09 at Hotel Patricia after reading reviews on TA. The owners Franck & Joelle were very welcoming and extremely helpful with advice on all aspects of our stay. We were in room 3, the only balcony room where we spent many hours sunbathing during the day and admiring the scenic views. The room...

Stayed here with my mother in April 2009. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The beds are firm. The room spotless and next to a small patio with plants and one enormous palm tree. Too chilly for breakfast in the larger patio/garden area, but breakfast inside looks out to the larger patio/garden where there are lemon trees. Breakfast plentiful...

I arrived at the hotel exhausted and frustrated because my luggage was somewhere in Europe without me. Frank and Joelle prepared a fruit plate for me and kept checking with the airport for my luggage. Yes trains go by - somewhere else it could have been sounds of traffic or crickets - life goes like that. I didn't mind; I...

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Hotel Patricia in early October of last year. The hotel was clean, it's location was good and the owners were friendly and helpful. For the animal lovers, the hotel is also home to a beautiful dog and a sweet little kitten (they brought it home during our stay). Thanks to a forum suggestion,...

Was recommended this hotel by a friend who has stayed many times. We stayed for 2 nights and thought the hotel was great. The owners are genuinely friendly and helpful, and greet you with big smiles. Their English is excellent and they don't mind if you want to have a go in woeful French. The room we stayed in (Room...

We really wanted to stay in Villefranche and the only hotels with any availability were the Hotel Patricia and the Welcome Hotel. As we were traveling with my mother, we needed two rooms. We opted for the Hotel Patricia because the price for two rooms for two nights was about the same as the price for one room for one...

My partner and I wanted to spend the last two days of our week's visit to Nice in Villefranche and shortlisted Patricia from website reviews. There never seems to be 100% agreement on any review page on any hotel and we chose what was available to us from our shortlist. ACCESS: Easiest by bus from Nice: 20 mins. along corniche...

While others are right that the rooms are small, my husband and I stayed there for 3 nights on our honeymoon recently and had a great time. It's about 20 minues in to the beaches/heart of Villefranche, but if you dont mind a walk then I HIGHLY recommend this place and you can't beat the cost. The hosts were also...

After spending 3 1/2 weeks in and Czech Republic and France, my husband and I ended our trip to Europe in Villefranche sur Mer and the Hotel Patricia (July 20-23). All of our trip hotels were chosen via TripAdvisor. Hotel Patricia was the only hotel during our trip that we booked that had mixed reviews (seems like folks either love...
