I scoured the it Internet to find a place I thought would fit my needs; quiet, quaint and quintessentially Provincial and I found it here! Angelika is an amazing and unobtrusive host at her little spot off the beaten track and I cannot recommend it more. To begin with our flat was so well stocked, she has considered absolutely everything.... More

We - 2 couples - used this beautiful property as our base for daily bike trips into the surrounding countryside. Our immediate impression as we entered the courtyard of this property was that we had discovered a secret garden. Our hosts for the week were incredibly kind, thoughtful and went above and beyond in every aspect of their service. Breakfast... More

The location was perfect, a few minutes drive to those wonderful perch top villages. We loved the cottage and all its amenities. We found morning and evening excursions worked well with the pool a nice respite from the heat in the afternoon. There is no doubt about it we will be back. Don't forget to ask Angelika about her "tabledeux".

We had a very comfortable 3-day stay in the Tomette room with our 2 girls. The area was having a heatwave so we were saved by the pool, air-con and cool courtyard at breakfast. Charming host, excellent breakfast, lovely pool and garden, couldn't have hoped for more! Angelika was friendly, knowledgable and welcoming. Thoroughly recommend Le Mas des Roses!

My husband and I stayed at the Turquoise room for 4 nights. We loved the place! The room, which has an air conditioning (an important feature during summer!) is comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom is surprisingly big. The garden and the pool (also an important feature during summer) are really charming. Angelika, the owner, is very friendly and helpful.... More

We enjoyed a weeks stay in the gate cottage in April. The location is perfect and with a vehicle it was very easy to sightsee the area (inboard GPS made it all stress free). Wonderful area steeped in history. Scenery is magnificent. Accommodation was perfect and our host very helpful. We particularly enjoyed an evening aperitif with the other couple... More

Second time was really easier to find - turn right at lights in Coustellet until you get to big cyprus on right-hand side then turn left, follow the road until you see another cyprus on the right hand corner then turn left. Easy! And there it is: this little gem. Angelika and Theo waiting to greet us and show us... More

This stunning mas with its fantastic host (speaker of 4 languages), breakfasts, vistas and amenities I cannot believe we were lucky enough to fall into from an internet search. Look no further, if Le Mas de Roses is available during the dates you want, you should book! I took so many photos, and every morning here was a discovery of... More

Le Mas des Roses is a perfectly situated base in the middle of a huge area of interesting towns, sights, markets, counytryside. We stayed for 4 nights in one of Angelika's B&B rooms. The house is in a tiny quiet hamlet, enclosed behind walls, with a great 'courtyard' area where we ate breakfast every day under the mulberry tree. It... More

“I LOVED the turquoise room. It was better than the photos on the website, lovely big bathroom. It's your own haven- like a birds' nest room at the top corner of the has with its own private old stone staircase leading up to it. Wow. I remember the night we arrived just not believing what we'd lucked into.”
