Surely one of the nicest hotel in Gordes , just above the lovely village. I stayed in a nice room with a small garden, "de plein pied" to go to a large, heated swimming pool. I loved to take the breakfatst on the charming terrace (also the other meals in the weather is ok). In the late afternoon swinmming in... More

One of the loveliest villages in Provence. This hotel is absolutely stunning and their restaurant amazing. I highly recommend this place not only for accommodation, but for a gastronomical experience you will remember.

Fifth stay in six years now, always in half board. change of chef since 1.5 years, who managed to keep the michelin star. Kitchen is good, now and then surprising; only thing is that when you stay longer than 7 days in half board (which we do) some ingredients and dishes can return, which I personally did not appreciate; after... The property is lovely, but a fairly long walk uphill from the centre of town. Stay if you have a vehicle, yet parking in itself is a challenge in town if it's market day (you are likely to get stuck in traffic). Nevertheless, lovely property though bit dated in terms of its interiors - needs some touch up with fraying... More

Beautifully located - we enjoyed a very peaceful stay, the communal lounges and gardens are wonderful as the pool. The restaurant is also excellent. The only negative was the room was a little more shabby than chic - despite being very large our room and bathroom were dark and in need of a refurbishment with handles falling off furniture, wallpaper... We stayed for 5 nights at Les Bories as part of our honeymoon. The hotel is nicely located in Luberon about 5 min driving/20min walking from Gordes kind of "in the middle od nowhere". The architecture of the hotel and the gardens are spectacular. Very very well Maintained and cared for. The ambiance felt 60ies jet set to us, probably... More

What a great hotel with breathtaking views of provence. The pool area is stunning and there is a michelin star restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are spacious and have character decor a tiny bit dated. Breakfast here is a buffett style one but of a really high quality. Only downside is distance to Gourdes its a 30min walk and the... More

My parents took us here for ours and our friends wedding anniversaries, wow, what a meal. The setting is understated elegance, crisp white linen, coupled with a discreet palatial feel, you truly have reached the epitome of luxury dining. Every course was beautifully presented, tasted amazing and each with its only little chef quirk which made the dishes extraordinary. I... More

The property is very nice overall, the best part was the beautiful pool, you can look at a valley full of olive trees and lavender fields as you swim. There is a Michelin start restaurant in this hotel, it was nice, but I have been to others with more outstanding service and food that I liked better, so just a... More
