The Holiday Inn Express is a nice hotel. The rooms are big and clean and the reception is very helpful. The breakfast was fine but the service in the breakfast room was really lousy. The waiter had all the time in the world so the buffet was almost empty all the time.

I asked why? Receptionist told they do not have any more quilt in hotel. They gave us hard cover of the sofa instead of quilt. I said receptionist" you should want, here is not a hostel, if you had wanted from managers they would send you more quilts". This is the first international hotel that does not give a quilt...

Sayed in this hotel for 3 nights last year due to the high rating on tripadvisor and was overall disappointed. I think it was more the location that I didn't love rather than the hotel itself. There were literally rats on the streets outside the hotel on a couple of days. The location of the hotel would be great if...

first, at my arrival, pulled up a seat, ordered a cup of steaming hot tea and enjoyed the smooth ambience than franck created at the reception and the bar. Fit to perfect measure of time and distance, from the railway station, got the card key, and relax ( as it's metionned at the back) and reached the room by the...

This hotel was perfect for our holiday, having arrived via the TGV it was situated just across the road, they served an excellent breakfast and the rooms were clean. It took us about a 10 minutes walk to the port, but you could also use the metro which was just one minute away. I would highly recommend this hotel if...

Seldom does one find a lovely, well priced hotel opposite a major train station with welcoming staff (and who spoke English) especially when one checks-in well after midnight! A bowl of sweets on the reception counter was a nice touch! The room was spotlessly clean, modern and bright. The reception area had an attractive bar and stylish partition to the...

I went on business and after traveling by plane then train a hotel so near to the station was ideal. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. The hotel looks brand new and is exceptionally clean and modern. My room was spacious and again very clean. My only small gripe was that I didn't feel that the air...

Before getting inside, the streets look like something uncanny especially at night. Once at the reception, Frank provided a great and warm WELCOME that helped me to feel better. As i was tired and exhausted, he offered me a glass of water. So kind and helpful, he escorted me to the elevator. Once in my room, i felt at ease...

An excellent hotel just by the station. Very good location especially if you are travelling by train. Very friendly stuff and a clean, beautiful room. I had chosen a room with a terrace which was excellent, I highly recommend it. Breakfast was quite basic but ok and overall the hotel was really "fresh" and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel...

I will say nothing new than the reviews below. Excellent location for those arriving/departing by TGV (especially at night hours as was my case). You just need to cross the street and you're inside the hotel. Check-in was quick although I was asked to pay in advance for my stay which was a bit of hassle as I was tired...

Dear PAWEK, Thank you for having chosen our hotel for your last stay in Marseille. We are happy that you liked it and that you plan to come back for a future stay in Marseille.
