Visiting the ISU Grand Prix together with a young friend who has never been on a trip like this we choose the Ibis Centre Prado Velodrome, not far from the venue. In the weeks before arrival we had some change of travel plans but all my questions were answered by the hotel via email within 30 minutes! Checkin was quick,...

This hotel is good quality for the price you pay. Located centraly, very close to a metro station what gives very easy connection access. Hotel itself had modern, clean rooms and very comfortable beds (something that I love about IBIS chain). Staff was welcoming and helpful, just the drawback would be that there very unpleasant smell in the lobby when...

I like this hotel. The bright reception was very welcoming. The staff were friendly, professional and met my many requests with a smile and enthusiasm. The public areas were clean and bright. My room was small but as there was only me it didn't matter. The room was spotless. The bathroom towels were clean and white. And the room smelt...

This is a very well managed hotel. It has all the facilities required from a city budget hotel and the staff members were really excellent. One of our party lost his mobile phone and the guy behind reception did everything he could to help us. We saw the staff helping other guests too and nothing seemed to be a problem...

The hotel is basic but adequate and the beds were very comfortable. Free wifi in the rooms. The staff were very welcoming despite the hotel being very full due to the Euro matches. It was a 15 min walk to the Stade Veledrome with easier and safer access to the stadium than using the Prado. Burgers and pain is were...

I found that the hotel was very far from the Velodrome, actually one station (Perrier) further than Prado. I had to walk more than 1.5km to reach the intended location. I also found the room tiny with little luminosity. The staff was kind but the frontdesk will go a long way in being a bit more professional.

This hotel is a bit under the others ibis hotel I've visited in the past. But the quality is still good. There's only one main problem, in Marseille is impossible to park your car, and I discovered only at the Check in there was any free place in the parking for me, there were only one possibility, go and try...

I've stayed at various IBIS establishments throughout europe, some excellent & some average but unfortunately this can only be described as extemely shabby. The rooms are in desperate need of a facelift, the beds are comfortable enough however the drab decor is quite off-putting. Once in the reception area the only way to describe the communal seating is disgusting! The...

You probably know Ibis hotels better than me. The room had no great attention to detail lavished on it but it's big enough and it works and it's massively clean. ♦ Reception is open if you ring the bell 24 hours, which is good if you go to the Trash gay club (down the road and turn right at the...
