Not the grandest or smartest hotel around, as others have noted, but it ticks all the key boxes. The location was good for access to the old port as well as beaches to the west and there are a wealth of restaurants in easy walking...More

for a quiet stay, I'll go for this hotel located on the grounds of Louis Pasteur's old offices/laboratory. Good location, not far from the Old port and really helpful staff. From here easy to connect to nice restaurants at the Port area.

The location was quite a bore, rooms very bland and room service experience was really poor. Food came cold and incomplete versus menu. Only positives came from friendly reception staff and a lovely lady at the bar. I wont stay here again anytime soon.

I was there because of an event at the Palais du Pharo and this hotel offered a very convenient location. Once there I found that rooms were very nice: even if not very large the space offered was enough and comfortable with modern and clean...More

Nice hotel, close to the harbor that you can reach with just 10' of walk. It is modern and well furnished. The staff is gentle and the bar offers you fantastic cocktails. There is also a good restaurant. Surely a good option to stay in...More

We have not been to France in the fall. I know that you could ask the hotel direct and they could answer that. With family in France I can tell you the weather is typically nice in early October.

We walked the area during theday and evening. We felt safe and are 2 older women. No info re train, bus. The port seems close.-But ports can vary with location and how many shops are in port.
