Located in peillon very pretty Provencal village. The hotel has a certain charm the welcome is smiling , beautiful space beautiful terrace nice view of the valley. The Provencal room we needed would need a refreshing narrow bed shower without curtains and mold. Room smaller than advertised.

A beautiful hotel at the foot of the hilltop village of Peillon. The owner and his family and staff are there to guide you through the menu and tell you about the provenance of the food; it's really special. Rooms with balconies are lovely. My wife and I had the prix fixe lunch. My began with a course of Italian-style thin-cut veal in a cream sauce, followed by Nicois ravioli (beef ravioli in a thick beef end red wine sauce), and finally panacotta. My wife had a salad with roasted chevre medallions on baguette toast and a cheese plate. All of the food was superb, and the service was friendly and excellent. (The waiter, a brother of the cooks, speaks fluent English.) The setting and the view are both outstanding. We were charmed by the restaurant, and the nearby village is worth visiting.
