We spent a peaceful night (from August 3 to 4) in a high room with a patio offering a magnificent panoramic view. After a massage treatment which could not be a duo with my husband and a private sauna, dinner on the terrace was perfect: careful dishes, tasty and full of Provençal notes! Two downsides, however: the wait to be served and the slightly excessive price of bottles of wine, which means that we only order one glass! Disappointment for the breakfast which is not up to the standard of the dinner. Beautiful buffet certainly, but basic dairy products and cold meats, I would have liked to taste “Maison Abbaye” products (jam, local cheese, Provence cakes, etc.! As for the value for money of the “gourmet offer” that the hotel offers, nothing to complain about. I will come back with pleasure!

Great location, great ambience. Room very nicely decorated. Unfortunately there were no capsules to the Nespresso machine (although there was still an old one in it) , you should order cafe or tea from the room service. It's too bad. Beds great and lots of peace due to the location outside. Breakfast we did not book. In the bathroom it was pretty cool, but went to shower. Unfortunately only shower gel, no shampoo available. Also a 3. Towel in the room for three had to be inquired about, a pity that is not considered here.Netflix did not go on the TV (or we were too stupid). All in all nice with fantastic views, we would come back wg the location!

We were supposed to stay 7 days and left after 5. The services of this hotel are not at all worthy of a 4* (2 at most).

Exteriors - the view is incredible, it’s the only really positive point of the hotel - The swimming pool is not at all well maintained, like its surroundings. The pool liner is no longer stuck to the bottom of the pool in certain places, there are countless wasps floating there. The swimming pool is not heated contrary to what the advert sells us. Around the swimming pool a few deckchairs and an abandoned relaxation area where a table and a few chairs are lying around in poor condition
Service - the hotel seems to be managed by 20-year-old seasonal workers who have no experience. - We agreed to pay €40 per day extra for our two dogs, which generally poses no problem for me when the service includes face-to-face service. Here we were entitled to two bowls but no thorough cleaning of the room each day which meant that fur sheep remained on the floor… - The highlight of our stay was our meal at the restaurant where we were refused salt and pepper on the pretext that all those they had were already placed on other tables…

Appalling value for money in this badly managed hotel. The room was cheaply fitted out and dilapidated - cardboard cups in a hotel of this supposed quality. The external areas were amazingly unkempt, with no attempt to brush areas or tidy up. The planters on the dining terrace were full of dead flowers. The area adjacent to reception was filled with old trolleys full of dirty linen and an ancient coat rail - at the foot of the main staircase. The dining room window frames are totally rotted and are falling apart. To totally spoil my visit, my evening meal was dreadful - 2 small pieces of lamb edged with uncooked fat. As a final insult we were charged for 2 coffees that we didn't have. Our final bill of 401€ ( each of us only had 1 course at dinner ) was an outrage for this shabby second rate establishment. This stunning location deserves significantly better.

With all due respect, but if you are in a crisis like the present, the staff has to be much more attentive to the guest. It cannot be that during our 3 nights I as a guest have to ask for toilet paper or fresh towels. Or that the three same menus are always available in the included dinner. Nobody ever asked us how we were or everything was fine! During this lockdown, the staff could have been trained on how to behave. Wearing a mask doesn't mean blindfolding. I respect such security measures one hundred percent, but leaving a guest unnoticed is not worth four stars.

A delicious meal, served with kindness by a young girl who took great care of us. We learned of the presence of a new Chef de cuisine. Excellent at every level: the meal, the setting and the welcome. The staff is really caring and very helpful. The meal was really great both in presentation and in terms of flavors. We really enjoyed our stay here! The views are incredible. The property ambience is charming and peaceful. The property is well maintained and the staff is 5* attentive. The restaurant food was pricey and I've had much better while traveling throughout France. We enjoyed the pool and quiet time.
