Great Little B&B. we stayed for three nights over Easter. Clean and very nice hosts. The lady made a great breakfast every morning - pancakes for the kids one morning and eggs at your liking. She also helped us organise our days and gave suggestions of what to visit and had brochures for all the touristy things to see. She...

I stayed at le Cigale in September 2015 as a solo traveller. The house is charming, with a lovely garden and pool, and yet in the Centre of St. Remy. My bedroom was beautifully appointed with a view over the large, well kept garden and pool. This is a genuine home, with a warm, artistic ambience, Jocelyn and Hubert were...

The pros: The location is great: near town, but quiet. There is onsite parking, the garden is lovely, and the breakfast is plentiful. The price is very affordable. The cons: The garden room where we stayed is overcrowded, we were charged more than the price we were quoted, and the exterior bathroom is a depressing little room with a shower...

What a wonderful chambre d'hote this is! My husband and I had 8 nights here in the Orientale room which was beautiful and we particularly loved having our own private patio. We relaxed in the lovely pool and stunning garden on most days. Jocelyn and Hubert are extremely friendly and charming hosts and always ensured we had everything we needed....

We had the 2 rooms available in this b&b; the Oriental room downstairs, and the upstairs room which is actually part of the hosts house so you need to climb up their stairs and come in through their front door for access (not necessarily a problem at all, but just to be aware). Hosts could not have been more lovely...

We just left this little b and b and I already miss it. We stayed in the oriental room which is a large ground floor room, large bathroom, tub and seperate shower. Just outside the room is your patio with table, chairs and lounge chairs shaded by a small tree, looking out to a beautiful garden and pool. In the...

We stayed 5 days at this great B&B run by Jocelyn and her husband. Jocelyn was extremely helpful with whatever we needed and her breakfasts were generous and delicious - especially the home made jams and crepes. The location is fantastic - great to walk into town and leave the car behind, especially for dinner. Free parking available on site...

We only stayed a couple of nights in La Cigale et la Fourmi but we wish we stayed longer. The room (oriental) was great, with nice fittings and lights, a massive bath great for relaxing as well as a shower, all very clean. The garden is great, we had a small table for our own use in front of the...

We have just spent two wonderful weeks at La Cigale et la Fourmi and really did not want to leave this little piece of paradise in St Remy de Provence. Nothing is too much trouble for Jocelyn or Hubert who have looked after us so well. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable - we haven't slept so well...

We were so luckttofi d this place and we can't recommend it highly enough. First of all the house and garden are amazing and I doubt that anyone that has stayed here has not at some point uttered "could you imagine having a house like this!" The breakfast is lovely with home made jams and fruits and the decor of...
