Our stay at the Mas was warm and friendly. Michelle was a great host and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She exuded the warmth of a real b & b owner. Breakfasts were very good. The B & B was situated about 1 Km from St Remy in a quiet area. The rooms were clean and... More

We stayed at this property very close to St Remy and felt very comfortable. Michelle was very welcoming and our room was very roomy with comfortable beds. The mas is typical French style leading out to a covered terrace where we had breakfast which was delicious. The rooms are quite spacious and ours had its own ensuite. This accommodation is... More

We stayed at Le Mas de La Menouille in Saint Rèmy, France for three nights and our friends were there for nine. It turned out to be a highlight of our trip. This bed and breakfast is on the edge of Saint Rèmy in a quiet location. It is set back from the street with a yard and patio for... More

Our stay at Le Mas de la Menouille was a great idea. The host Michelle speaks very good English and was always ready to give us ideas as to which places to visit in the vicinities and beyond. She also gave us maps and leaflets. Breakfast was home-made and varied every day. On sunny mornings, we ate on the terrace... More

Our six night stay in June 2011 at Le Mas de la Menouille, so close to St Remy, was a real highlight of our trip to Provence. Our beautifully furnished bedroom and bathroom were authentically french in style and very clean and comfortable. Each morning we were treated to a delicious breakfast of fresh baguette, croissant, homemade jams and cakes... More

My wife and I stayed at Le Mas de la Menouille just out of St Remy de Provence from August 25 to 29 2010 inclusive. It is fairly basic but very clean and comfortable and centrally located, within walking distance of the beautiful St Remy de Provence. The building is so typically French. Our host Michelle was very friendly and... More

We spent 4 nights here. Very good location on the edge of St Remy (1km to town) The room was charming, but had to go into corridor to your bathroom, not that was a real problem, but would've preferred a true ensuite. Not large breakfasts, but very French, bread & Jam, Tea, coffee and Juice, which suited us fine. Breakfasts... More

So when we arrived at the guesthouse we were informed that our room didn't have electricity. She was very apologetic but agreed that we would only have to pay half the price, and she would provide candles. We thought that would be fine. She was at first so nice and sweet. She then brought a tiny generator in the room... More

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay! I wonder if you have me confused with another place. I do not have a generator, and I have not had guests from Washington DC. Once there was some water in a room, but it was because the guest left the door open during a very big storm.... More

Just try not to spill your wine on Michelle's photo book of the renovations she has done to the house, as... More

“We stayed on the first floor of the house. There are two bedrooms upstairs in the house and one other bedroom located just adjacent and separate to the house. We loved our bedroom, we could walk right out onto the patio to enjoy the beautiful evenings. We kept our door and window open to allow the cool air in at night and it was perfect. It was a lovely room, with a full modernized bath right inside the room. The queen bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies. The closet was perfect to hang all of our clothes. It was really a beautiful, cozy, quiet room. It really was perfect for us.”
