Always the same pleasure to put our bags for one night and several as was the case during our last little stay in Aix-les-Bains. Terrible weather but sunshine inside. As soon as you cross the threshold of this establishment, you are warmly welcomed. The rooms are very comfortable with a mention of excellence for bedding. A courtesy tray (tea, herbal tea, coffee) and at our disposal with kettle and coffee machine very appreciated. Sanitary like the rest, impeccable cleanliness. And the breakfasts!!! 5 stars for the diversity and quality of the products.. Most organic and local products anyway! Again, excellence and refinement. If you add the kindness of the Owner and staff, you can only leave with the desire to come back and recommend this property. Thank you so much for the happiness you enjoyed during these 3 days in Aix-les-Bains at the Iroko Pension.

Great location by the lake and only a short drive into Aix. Bus service no 1 runs every 20 minutes from outside the hotel and we were given a free bus pass for the week we were there. Loved the comfort room, no 12. View of the lake and lots of space. Super clean and COVID safe. The service was as good as everyone has already said, and we felt so welcome there that we stayed an extra night. The only issue we faced was the WiFi which was a bit unstable. Really comfortable stay, and great customer service - hope to be back in the warmer months.

In Aix les Bains there was an overbooked aura in town and no hotels were available. We thus reached the Grand Port and to our surprising the family character of e the kind Nepalese receptionist made our life very easy and the time was getting short. The hotel has an air and a flair of the kind provincial outlet of the 70's-80's but it was excellent with its little balcony

Warm welcome for just an overnight stay. The room was clean and perfectly sized with tea/coffee amenities, and included air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. In spite of being ideally located very close to the lake front and close to all the lakeside restaurants, the room was quiet ( facing away from the lake). Buffet breakfast was ample with a good selection of the usual fare. Off-street parking was provided. Overall, highly recommended.
