Beautiful hotel with well decorated and comfortable rooms. Free parking on site. Very calm. Impeccable cleanliness. We were lucky enough to be allocated a suite even though we had reserved a prestige room. The evening meal at €20 (one menu) is very decent and the breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. Friendly staff. We recommend this hotel very close to the city center.

We stayed three nights in this wonderful hotel in a ‘Prestige’ room. We loved the decor and the facilities. We were even surprised and delighted to find a mini fridge and a kettle in the room! The hotel is an easy 5 minute walk into the town, with all its shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel breakfast was very good value at 12 euros per person. We also dined there twice - it’s a set menu which changes daily and is excellent value at only 20 euros per person. Free parking on site too. Finally I have to mention the staff. So attentive, friendly and helpful.

The people at the reception saved me. There were no rooms available in Aix-les-Bains and the surrounding area that day because of the Tour de France.
The Hôtel des Eaux was also actually fully booked. But after the receptionists realized my precarious situation, they gave me a room that is not normally rented out. The room was impeccable, though. The breakfast buffet was also excellent. There was also free parking. Once again, a big compliment to the reception!

Great hotel within walking distance of the city center, has parking spaces. The breakfast was plentiful and included fresh regional products. We stayed one night here during a family weekend. Quiet location with air conditioning. We can only recommend it.

We spent two night here and enjoyed the old world qualiy of the building, which has been renovated in the communal areas. However, the rooms are very poorly insulated for sound and do not have airconditioning (it was 32-33 degrees during our stay). i recommend taking earplugs along because I could hear my neighbor’s TV as if they were in the same room... Breakfast was excellent and we could take it out on a tray to the garden area. It was a 5 minute walk down to the town’s center which was nice, and free parking was available. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return inspite of the few inconveniences mentioned.

- a “Prestige” room whose TV is (almost) as large as the bed :), separate WC,

- cozy atmosphere which gives the impression of being in a four-star hotel....
The downside: a trunk too small for a tablet!

The premium room is still very small, it is renovated and very clean. Still very noisy ( children playing all day long outside) and some machinery noise at night every half and hour for a couple of minutes. Only one receptionist speaks English.

Well-centered hotel, clean, single room, a little dated but with plenty of storage, quiet, very good bedding. Full buffet breakfast, friendly and efficient reception staff. I spent 2 weeks and felt like at home for the ambiance, the nice decor, the good food. The whole team is at our service, willing to make the stay a best for their customers. I am gluten free and it went easily.
