Stopped in here quickly based on some reviews that were clearly not true. The hotel is well located, but the rooms smelled of smoke, and the furnishings were not at all updated.
The owners were nice enough and they seem to try hard, but there's not much to recommend this hotel as it is expensive for what you get. Additionally the breakfast was at best a joke.

The hotel is very centrally situated and, while looking modest from the street, it is a gem inside. It is family run and they have restored the interior beautifully.
We were warmly welcomed and enjoyed our stay very much. Wifi was freely available and our room had plenty of power sockets for charging tablets, phones etc.
A real test of a comfortable stay is that we passed the one wet day we had in comfort!
It was worth paying a little extra for a bigger room. We would recommend this hotel and would certainly go back.

Staff as inefficient as they are odious... getting your room keys here is a nightmare and you have a good chance of being insulted...
An outdated hotel... Considering the quality of the services you can find much better...
advice: run away!
