Very comfortable room but not spacious enough. It is good that they have provided the kettle in the rooms. Plus their very generous and varied breakfast. The advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very well located on a beautiful park and near a golf course, next to Lake Bourget and 2 km from the town center and shops.

When booking we stipulated a reservation for two adults with a Labrador female dog weighing 25 kg.
When removing the card for access to the room this poses a problem because our dog weighs more than 10kg. My companion had to make it clear to the hostess at reception that we had clearly stipulated during the reservation which was also made by telephone. In the end the lady accepts but our dog has to eat outside!!!!
Also a problem in the morning for breakfast. We arrive at 9:20 a.m. and breakfast served until 9 a.m. today.
I am really very disappointed with this hotel which I do not recommend

This Pension did not have the qualities expected. At the reception the agent did not agree to take slightly torn holiday cheques in the upper left corner on the grounds that the central would not take them...except that the serial number and the bar code of the cheque were largely intact!! The rigidity and intransigence of the agent who refused, were particularly unpleasant. No listening, no understanding, no effort.
Then the room was very average if not mediocre. The air conditioning, from another time, barely worked and was very noisy. Shower head attachment system failing in the SDB. No elevator to the floor, which is a pain when you have to mount heavy luggage. In short big disappointment especially for a room at 120€ per night. I don't recommend it.

Alright. Very nice manager. Evening meal with half board, very good hearty breakfast, no noise near the golf course. Clean bedding and room. Easy to park. We will return to Aix le Bains. Vehicle parked in front of the room, nothing more to say
