I arrived on 13th September and stayed until 19th September and had a truly marvellous stay. Reception was very welcoming and staff very friendly and more than happy to speak English because regretfully I do not speak French, always smiling and greeting no matter what time of day you were in or out. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, lovely decor, and great facilities including air con shower superb and although it seemed to be open to the room it could actually be screened off, room was serviced every day complimentary water on first day of arrival plus tea making facility. My room had a nice view out towards the Alps and the hotel itself is very central to the main centre and to travel to other places so a great location. There is a swimming pool, spa, sauna and fitness room. Lovely small lounge downstairs behind reception with complimentary coffee. Would I stay at this hotel again, yes most definitely. Would I recommend this hotel - yes indeed without any hesitation. Thank you Urban Hotel and to all your Staff

Awesome family room and spa facilities.
Family suite was two well sized rooms, both with yes and separate toilets. Main room also had large bathroom with bath shower and separate walk in shower plus 2 large sinks. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Only thing that spoilt it was the back wall of the maim bedroom, I'm sure it was a design feature but to us it just look like a white wall with black mould all over it, so a bit off putting to begin with. Room was immaculate with 4 robes and slippers. Did I say we had 2 toilets? :)
Next best thing was spa, pool was at a perfect temp, as was the jacuzzi which seats around 6 people. A nice sauna and hamman/ steam room.
The only negative was the lift was out of action so we all had to use the tiny service lift. Which only accommodated 3 people and was very slow.
Plenty of underground parking too.
If it had a restaurant or did snacks all day and into evening it would have been perfect.
Highly recommend this hotel.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the hotel....
- Works in the lobby entrance
- Wallpaper of a dubious style .... (We even wondered if the room wasn't being renovated!)
- Heating problem
- Problem of cleanliness!!!!:
- The toilet the plastic bowl with lots of traces and the door also ....
- Bathroom of the room the joints and shower head were moldy .....
- Towels, bathrobe, curtains and bed linen ( Spotted!!)
- dust and grease on the headboard
-For heating problems, we called "9", but we had no one on the phone!
- For towel problems, we asked for a passage to change towels in the day but the cleaning technician to just fold the not clean towels that was there the day before... So we decided to lower the towels at the reception, justifying ourselves and showing that the towels were not clean.... We were able to exchange only 3 towels (out of the 3, there was one that was not clean!)
- Soundproofing problem, I was woken up in the night by loads of pallets or other, very early in the morning ....

Disappointing for a 4*. The room does not have enough racks to hang towels, it is impossible to put anything on the sink, the toilet door touches the floor and therefore difficult to close. For the Spa, too much chlorine, only 1 shower which also does not work well, the hammam door handle fixed so close that you get your fingers stuck and you have to use your room towels, no towels at the entrance to the Spa ...

Hotel without any hygiene. When I arrived I found a handkerchief on the floor in the toilet. I opened my duvet there was a huge blood stain on the duvet. The person who was at reception changed the duvet cover which did not did not match the duvet and was too small. Hair and hair in the bathroom. The cup and spoons that were in the room were not cleaned and had already been used.
