Very good hotel which has been gradually renovated, however the 4 stars displayed are only theoretical compared to “real” 4 stars, even if only compared to the Mercure hotel.
However, this hotel is really nice; pleasant staff, pleasant swimming pool, large parking lot and a few EV terminals which is also appreciable.
Only downside, industrial breakfast, one of the waiters even opened cans of compote and pots of fruit salad in front of the customers...it's very, very average. The breakfast room should be refreshed, the plastic floor is sticky…..
Apart from this last point, nothing to say.

Perfect room, good welcome, Flo brasserie on site, one of the best ibis styles, beautiful park, opposite hypodrome, less than 2 km from the center. Just a slightly small shower screen. Ideal location to go around the lake on the west side. Carts available. Covered passage at the entrance and free parking

Services at reception unacceptable, redone the bill 4 times because continuously wrong, small room and you hear every single noise coming from the other rooms or corridor. Room card that demagnetizes every single day, laundry service practically non-existent (no Saturday-Sunday and Monday so you deliver Tuesday and return Thursday, what service is it??) rooms redone only after 15:00, if you return on a Saturday at 1:00 from work you can not even take a shower because the towels have not yet been changed. Average room cost 185€ . (with nights paid over 200€)

We had not yet had the opportunity to rediscover the renovated hotel, very pleasant surprise, large lobby beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The spacious room well soundproofed. Great gourmet and hearty buffet for breakfast. The receptionists smiling and really professional, we feel immediately welcomed with pleasure and it becomes very rare.

Even though we did have a good stay this IBIS Styles is not worth 4 stars. This as the rooms have a bare minimum of amenities (no coffee machine or kettle, no fridge, no decent blowdryer), the breakfast buffet is too limited and the entire look and feel of the hotel too faded. Staff however is friendly, room is clean, bed is huge, dogs are very welcome.

I will start this review with the positives , friendly staff and breakfast with choice even though the coffee is rather bitter ... For the rest we are still looking for the reason for the 4 stars if not the pool closed this season.
In the room you will not find a courtesy tray , much less a kettle or other , a hair dryer worthy of the 70s that heats up when he feels like it , a mattress too hard surmounted by a mattress top supposed brought I suppose a dose of comfort. Don't look for handkerchiefs. They were sacrificed on the altar of ecology.
The rates are probably related to the proximity of the thermal baths.
In short the Pension is a three star but no more.

We stayed from January 20 to 21 and we thought we would enjoy the swimming pool, hammam, hot tub.......since we came for that but nothing was working apart from the jacuzzi which we had to reserve for a quarter of 'hour. Unacceptable! The staff was very good, fortunately. I asked for compensation, I am waiting for a response from the establishment which is turning a deaf ear (email sent 3 days ago).

I chose this place because the hotel offers a package with treatments at the Nuxe SPA and the neighboring thermal baths, and I just needed to recharge my batteries. The hotel is very good, frankly I have nothing to complain about. The room is spacious, the bathroom with a large shower, quiet and clean. Breakfast offers fresh products, plenty to keep you going. The decor, however, lacks a little warmth, it feels a bit cafeteria-like. The staff is very kind, always ready to provide information. I would happily return to this establishment because it was well worth the price!

Hotel renovated since our last visit. Comfortable rooms, excellent bedding, good breakfast.
Very nice home.
The Domaine serves as a base camp for the Namibian XV during the World Cup and therefore the Spa and Thermal Baths are not open to the public.
