We just spent an absolutely wonderful weekend at the Grand Pension du Parc d'Aix-les-Bains. Upon arrival, we were greeted with remarkable warmth and kindness. A beautiful Hotel opened in February 24, perfectly renovated with the embellishment of the period staircase. The room was perfect with a beautiful balcony, very nice bedding and all the essential equipment for an overnight stay or a successful stay. The Spa is very nice, perfectly relaxing. We did not enjoy the restaurant or the bar yet welcoming. The hotel is very well placed to enjoy the city of Aix and close to the train station (a few hundred meters) and buses to radiate to the shores of the Lake. Gorgeous hotel with fantastic customer service. We spent one night here on a drive through France and absolutely loved the hotel. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left staff could not have been more friendly, professional or helpful. They even checked to see that everything had been right for our dog's stay too.
