My mother and I stayed here for a nights visit to Annecy. We found the hotel staff friendly and accommodating (as is typical for a Logis registered hotel). The place itself felt welcoming and relaxed with 2 nice seating areas; one with a TV and newspapers. Finding the hotel complementary parking was a bit challenging (due to a one way...

Me and my friends visited Annecy last week and stayed at Les Terrasses. The place is very warm and feels like home. Very clean and well cared also making your stay pleasant. Breakfast buffet is complete and the quality well above average you should try it.

This perfectly serviceable hotel is right next to the charming old part of town, yet easy to reach from the motor way and free parking. Rooms are clean and comfortable but on the smallish side. Good breakfast for € 11. Perfect stop over on the way to the Geneva airport.

This is a perfectly acceptable 3 star hotel with no frills. This hotel is right beside the station but is very quiet. There is a short walk to the old town and the lake, both of which are very attractive. There is private parking and a nice garden to sit in.

We stayed at Hotel Les Terrasses for five nights. Our room was a good size, well designed and comfortable and had a pleasant view over the garden. It was very quiet. Aircon worked well. Wifi was efficient and free parking was available behind the hotel. It was a ten minute walk from the centre. Breakfast was a buffet with choice...

Nice clean room, a 5 minute walk to the centre of Annecy and the lake. Has a nice garden that you can relax in. Friendly staff were very helpful. A great value hotel that I would happily recommend. Only thing I would say is they could do with getting new towels (they were clean but could do with replacing).

Family owned and run hotel, in a mainly residential area within relatively easy walking distance of the town centre and lake, and restaurants!. It has a car park, but this was not always big enough for the demand. We stayed for 5 nights in a comfortable and fairly spacious room overlooking the garden. Bathroom okay, but the bath would be...

It might have been only the room I stayed in, but I found the hotel dark, cramped, and old fashioned when it came to details and furnishing. The fact that one of the windows was placed awkwardly and I bumped my head quite heavily on two separate occasions didn't help. The mattresses on the bed slipped and the friend with...

Very pleasant hotel, with nice and welcoming reception staff, standard, clean hotel rooms, within easy reach of the centre of Annecy,10 minute walk into the town, typical continental breakfast, with fresh fruit, good selection, parking is around the back of the hotel which was great.

Be sure to stay at Hotel Les Terrasses if you like near paper thin towels, toilet paper dispenser one sheet at a time, 10 euro surcharge for breakfast, couple of dogs and cats in the lobby, good location, friendly staff. And no air conditioning in the summer.
