Les Trésoms Lake and Spa Resort is celebrated for its serene atmosphere, featuring spacious rooms adorned with tasteful decorations and quality bedding. However, guests have reported some furnishings show signs of wear and certain rooms feel cramped.
While the hotel's location is lauded for its scenic proximity to both nature and urban attractions, visitors have expressed dissatisfaction with the extra charges for amenities like spa access and parking, which they feel do not align with the resort's four-star standing. Service is generally regarded as professional, but the added costs for expected services have left some guests feeling underwhelmed.

The greed and disinterestedness of customers seem to be the norm. Beautiful establishment, beautiful location but: - for a Privilege room at almost €400 per night, having to pay for parking at €20 per night, having to pay €40 for a couple for 1 hour of access to the SPA, the Spa they you have to reach in the rain, walking outside, walking around in a bathrobe in the middle of the bar lounge, passing in front of the windows of the Étoilé restaurant, it's a bit tight in terms of services......... - the Spa, very noisy. Poorly designed clothing lockers and cramped cabins, customers are back to back to change. And what about the 6 to 8 customers/pigeons who paid €20 each, to actually wait in the pool for the two hot tub spots to become available. Theoretical place of relaxation, zenitude in fact super noisy.... - I forgot, the racket parking at €20 does not include the possibility of recharging your electric vehicle, the terminals having been out of order for a long time already (after reading previous reviews...), - your luggage is heavy, it doesn't matter, at no time are you offered any "helping hand" or other service. This seems to confirm a sad observation regarding the professionalism of the establishment's staff... When you are drinking a glass of champagne and a glass of white wine at the hotel bar for...30€, you see the " bartender" with half a dozen bottles of wine crossing the front lounge going to place these bottles noisily on a table in the Étoilé restaurant, after the latter had happily and long been clinking together.. it's scary and I hope that it is not the sommelier - Privilege room €400 per night, a returnable glass bottle of water which must not leave the room, even when empty, and single-use slippers after the spa must not be taken away. Quite common in high-end hotels, Relais and Château and others, I have never seen that... we are in pettiness... - Also nice was the forced wake-up call at 8 a.m. due to a cold shower. Yes, we had to wait almost 15 minutes before the hot water arrived. - don't look for cotton swab products, box of cotton tissues to remove makeup or supplements for the shower, availability is more than limited or even non-existent for certain products.. Yes, you are only in a room for €400 per night. ... I'll stop there...

Before returning from a ski holiday for the holidays, we stopped in Annecy and spent a night in this beautiful 4-star hotel. Just back, I wanted to ask about this establishment at a very reasonable price considering the quality of the services (380€ the night of January 1st for a suite with breathtaking lake view).
We particularly appreciated: - our beautiful suite with superb view of Lake Annecy, very neat decoration, bathtub with whirlpool therapy, quality bedding, little attention on arrival. - The spa with access by reservation to limit overcrowding at peak times. A special mention for the sensory shower. - The quality of the decoration of the common areas, bar and dining rooms - The Christmas decorations particularly successful to make the place more magical - The quality of the varied breakfast, with fresh and local products – The bistronomic restaurant (the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant unfortunately being closed on the 1st of January in the evening, we fell back on bistronomics and were not disappointed by the quality of the menu.
Not much is missing from this hotel to take it to the next level: - A shuttle service to get down to the lake and get closer to the old town. We went down there on foot by the wood (1/4 hour to reach the lake) but the path is slippery and the climb is more difficult. - A coverage service -A barista: the self-service machine at breakfast does not offer quality cappuccino. - We would have liked small accompaniments to enhance the aperitif ordered at the bar before dinner (champagne and cocktail).
In summary, we are satisfied and will probably come back next time.

The hotel has a great outdoor area overlooking the lake. The city centre is a 5-10 minute drive away.
The room was very well maintained, but was only accessible via a steep staircase (without elevator), in addition the slopes in the bathroom are quite cramped.
Prices for drinks at the pool bar are significantly overpriced by local standards.

IIt was a nice but odd experience. The hotel was clean, the people were very professional and well put together. Same with the room, it was clean and offered a fantastic view. But that’s really where the good things stop. First off, you have to pay 9 euros per day to park in a lot up a hill and 2 flights of stairs, right next to the road for free. The room’s carpet was badly stained, and the jetted tub would turn on at random times, and we couldn't get it to shut off except to pull the card from the wall and shut off power to the room. Breakfast, which was 25 euros per person, consisted of runny, watery eggs and a minimum selection. The juice was very good, though. They gave us a bar of soap when we got there, and when we asked for another, we were referred to the spa where we could purchase one for 4 euros. It’s all just very nickel and dime, it seems. My wife asked for another pillow and was flat out told no, she couldn't have one. The thermostat was just on the wall for decoration; we couldn't actually control the temperature in the room. We stayed at a total of 6 hotels in our trip to France... all of them 4-5 star, and this was the ONLY one that we had this experience at. Honestly, I am sure there are much better options in the area with a view; go there unless you are coming just for the spa, which we did not.

An angelic stay in this beautiful establishment, a real place of well-being, with an elegant design and an intimate atmosphere. Very neat decoration, staged by mood lighting; every detail is designed to offer a cozy visual experience. Rooms are treated the same; I loved this atmosphere. Superb bathroom with a "mega" bathtub. Very well located in a beautiful green and very quiet. Warm welcome, smiling and listening. The icing on the cake: the gourmet restaurant and the meal concocted by Chef M. Eric Prowalski with succulent dishes from the Savoie / Arcachon Basin: a killing!!!

What a disappointment! A wedding anniversary celebration ruined by a hotel where everything is overpriced for a very average service. A 4-star room (at 222 € per night) whose walls were stained, overlooking the parking lot, the closet was overheated and so was the room, an aged bathroom with bathtub whose mixer was capricious, a toilet for PMR super high and uncomfortable (while the bathroom is not accessible to PMR). Access to the spa (without taking care) is paid even for hotel guests (unlike the small hotel we wanted to go to but which was full, alas) at a cost of 20 € per person per hour!!! Lemon juice ordered at the bar: served already diluted in water with 3 ice cubes, there was probably only half a juice given its little taste, and for 12,60 €, excuse a little! The breakfast buffet is not worthy of a 4 star: very basic, only fresh fruit available, apples, I had to bring my clementines... Choosing between baguette and bread with seeds. No butter when we arrived, a waiter who was asked for it told us not very kindly that it was coming. Honey is served in shelves, not practical at all unless you like to eat wax. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary, and dined in the 1 star restaurant. Where we ordered a glass of champagne without having seen the prices charged since the card was only brought to us after the order. The glass (10 cl) at 22 € had trouble passing! No menu, the chef offers only menus, and impossible to change the dessert without having to pay 20 € extra. We enjoyed the dishes offered, without more (apart from prologue and epilogue around coffee, lemon and mushrooms, which have bluffed us, and an incredible fig leaf apple sorbet). In this hotel we felt like everything had to be paid for. The staff is very distant. Wait 15 minutes at the bar before I went to the reception if it was open (which it was). We went to 4-star hotels where we were welcomed, and where we were not made to hand at all times. We stayed in hotels where the pool was accessible without having to pay. These two days of rejoicing were ruined by this mercantile side and the lack of attention of the staff.

We knew the gourmet restaurant La Rotonde......so we wanted to try the hotel. The suite room located at the very top of the hotel (€349) is OK with only one downside, you have to be careful not to “hit” your head!! It's under the slope! A little too expensive... The surprise comes from the “annexes”, the parking at €20 per night is not correct, no choice if not you park in the narrow and dark street!!! It is abused. Access to the SPA is payable at a rate of €20 or the price where the room is located, it could be free!! Breakfast at €25 per person is not up to par, limited choice, the bread was dry and hard!! Bread from the day before, not edible!!! To avoid ......

Stunning location looking over the lake just 20 mins walk to the centre of Annecy - a haven from the hoards of tourists. Lovely (unheated) swimming pool. Rooms good value despite being small and bizarrely decorated. Housekeeping was exceptional. Spa and main Michelin Star restaurant were fabulous. The L'Atelier bistro restaurant awful. No food available at lunch time (except for tasting menu and room service which would have had to be eaten in the tiny room). We were charged 20 euro per day extra for parking but were consistently trapped in car park & had to go to reception to be let out. Service by hotel staff (not main restaurant or spa) was patchy and sometimes downright rude. All in all the hotel not brilliant and quite quirky but the spa and La Rotonde restaurant were wonderful.

Hotel ideally located overlooking the city with a breathtaking view of Lake Annecy. This is a small charming hotel which has large new villas for rent, very comfortable with well-decorated, very spacious suite rooms. It is possible to enjoy the hotel restaurant and have breakfast at the hotel at an additional cost if you wish. On the other hand, you do not have access to the hotel swimming pool (just the villa swimming pool (very small) We advise you to take advantage of the spa (at an additional cost and upon reservation, at a very reasonable price). A good address and a good solution when you are a large family.

We spent 7 nights at Les Tresoms and had the most wonderful week. The hotel is slightly out of town which meant it was quiet but also close enough to walk to everywhere you needed. We hired bikes from the hotel and cycled round the lake - which I highly recommend. The breakfast was incredible and I looked forward to it each day! The outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of loungers. They charge you to park on the grounds, however, there is plenty of parking on the street so it is not necessary to pay this. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and tastefully decorated. We ate at both restaurants, we found La Rotonde quite overpriced and the waiting staff not very friendly. We much preferred the cheaper restaurant, L'Atelier, and really enjoyed our meal here - the menu changes daily with local produce.
