Chalet Villa Cachat is a delightful 100+ year old house in the heart of Chamonix but you will never find it unless you see the swinging gate in the impenetrable hedge that separates it from the street. Outside is the bustle of downtown Chamonix. Inside is quite lawn leading to the house, complete with guest hot tub. Patrick is your...

We have had a wonderful stay at Patrick and Jeannie. Everything was okay. The house, chamber with view on the Mont Blanc, breakfast and all the stories with Patrick, Jeannie and all the guests. We will certainly visit Villa Cachat another time.

From the minute we landed at the chalet our host and hostess (Reece and Jess) couldn't do enough for us. There were 12 of us staying in this amazing 200 year old chalet and we all had a brilliant stay. I would go back tomorrow if I could. The chalet is clean and warm with all the facilities you would...

What a wonderful Chalet experience in Chamonix, one that we would highly recommend. We are a group of 12 twenty-somethings; half experienced skiers and half beginners. From the get-go we received recommendations and advice on where to hire ski gear, book lessons and arrange airport transfers so that our trip would run as smoothly as possible. The chalet is a...

This is our second visit to the chalet and we are even happier than last year! We had some unique vegan and health related food requirements that were met amazingly. I'm attaching them bellow so that you would understand what it took for them to make us happy: "I know this is going to be kind of specific. But food...

Looking up at an incredible view of the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc as I enjoy a typical French breakfast of cafe au lait, croissants, orange juice, etc... We marveled at the same spectacular view from our cozy, spacious and clean bedroom. Patrick is a gracious host. I am definitely coming back.

This was the 4th time I visited Villa Cachat (in summertime) and every time it feels like coming home. The owners give you a warm welcome and can tell you a lot about Chamonix and the region. The rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. There is a jacuzzi outside which is perfect after a long hike and you can relax...
