We had earmarked the sunny street side for our final lunch in Chamonix having spent the winter season there and not yet tried what looked to be a buzzing contemporary place. We were under time pressure as we had a flight that afternoon but reckoned we had allowed sufficient for just one course. Having waited for an hour I eventually...

Thank you for choosing our buzzing contemporary bistro, restaurant in the middle of Chamonix. We are very sorry to hear of your abnormally unpleasant experience here. Our waitress that served you informed me straight away after her shift, about your lunch with us. She was already concerned about your wait for food and that is the reason she knew exactly...

My experience with this hotel was so so..... A temperature in my room was to low and answer of staff - "Winter is done, we are having the summer season now." It is crazy (i got one more blanket). Room and also bathroom are very small. Walls of the room are probably from paper, because i heard my neighbors and...

Day time in the room might get a little too warm in this season. There's a supermarket conveniently located just across the street. The breakfast was great. I had one of the softest rye bread here, wonderfully moist and tender. The other bread was great as well. The ham they offered was delicious. Overall a great experience with good service...

Central chamonix hotel with bar/restaurant area that caters for passing trade as well as guests. We stopped as they had a spare table at peak time on a weekend when we were struggling elsewhere. It's a little predictable, as most hotel restaurants end up being - service was patchy, but the menu was varied and the food OK.

I stayed here for a couple of nights at the start of a ski touring holiday. The service was fantastic. Wonderful breakfast and bar - friendly staff and ideally placed just next to the station. There are ski lockers on the ground floor and all the other facilities that you might need. The rooms are quite functional but very comfortable...

A modern ski hotell in the centre of Chamonix perfectly situated close to restaurants, shopping and buses. Point Isabelle has good room standard and very service minded and friendly staff. The hotel restaurant is good including breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Stayed here for 3 nights during busy half term week. The hotel is perfectly situated for chamonix restaurants and easy to get to lists. Bedroom was really cosy, warm and modern. The bar area for after ski was buzzy and the breakfast lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying here again!

Great hotel. Perfect location in town centre near train station and ski bus pickups. Room very modern clean and well equipped. Great food and bar. Staff were superb. Well informed and so helpful. I've stayed many times in chamonix and wonder how I have previously missed this one. Will definitely return.

Really enjoyed this hotel, it ticked all the boxes! Centrally located with excellent facilities and organised, friendly staff. Breakfast at an extra 13 euros pppd was of a very good standard. The only drawback is the surrounding noise because of its place in the middle of town but a small price to pay for such a great place to stay.

The exterior photos of the hotel in all the booking sites are quite professionally shooted (Actually hotel is very old but this is not visible from the professional photos). Interiors are renovated... furniture a little bit old and the balcony doors quite old and thin however in general the interior was okay. Location is perfect, however noise could be an...
