This hotel was completely gutted, and we had a reservation there! Is being completely remodeled with a name change also. Should not be offered as a hotel listing! No one seems to know it but the town of Chamonix!

We stayed there for a night before starting the TMB - the room was very clean, so was the bath. Everything was as expected and more. WiFi was a bit dodgy, but very strong signal in the public areas. I would return there in the future ....

Stayed here 4 nights while hiking, paragliding and doing other activities in the Mont Blance area. Rooms are small but seems typical of the area. There's little air circulation on the rooms so I had to open the balcony door at night with the curtains closed. Keep in mind the balcony is shared with all rooms on that side of...

Conveniently located right behind SuperU (supermarket) but quiet. Super small elevator that can only fits one person with a luggage or two lean passengers. Decent size room and bathroom. Check in/out was smooth and fast. Reception staff were friendly and promptly provided us an electrical kettle when asked about hot water. Modern decor. Wifi worked fine. We didn't have breakfast...

Great location in the center of Chamonix. Ok breakfast and clean rooms. My 8 year old son got sick the first day and the staff took us to the doctor and were extremly helpful with booking of ealier flights home.

We stayed at this hotel while on a walking tour in the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the view from the room that we had was fantastic. The only downside was that the pillows were quite hard and high and this wasn't particularly comfortable ( although my partner found them fine ). Overall this is a...

The view and location was great. The views of Mont-Blanc from the room are memorable. Woman at the front desk was not welcoming, nor gave accurate information about tickets, opening times of activities, etc. Spotty internet service. Unreliable.

The hotel is good, clean, comfortable bed. The Internet works well (a bit slow, but ok). I think the hotel expensive considering what it offers, no parking, no breakfast... But I checked other hotels and this seems to be the rule in Chamonix. There's a public parking very close to the hotel (parking St Michel) and its 5min walking. The...

In the city center, this hotel is well localized, near some good restaurants, market and touristic points. It has a beautiful view of the alpes and the bedroon was big and confortable. The staff was very helpful giving us some great advices about the city. I think the only problem is the elevator and the stairs. They are very small...

We stayed here for one week and booked through a charter company. The hotel is nice, our room was quite big (4 beds) and the cleaning was good. There is a light continental breakfast served - and during the day the resturant area serves as a tea house. Apparently there is no dinner served here, but with so many great...
