An amazing trip hosted by a top company. The best food I have ever had in a chalet. Fabulous menu each day, be it breakfast or dinner. Sarah's attention detail with planning, prep and presentation was faultless. Staff was genuinely friendly and helpful all of the time! Snow conditions were not great, but still managed good skiing every day based...

A very enjoyable solo trip. Cold Fusion was very accommodating with my unusual dates and I joined two short break groups. A wide range of ages from early twenties to sixties but all sociable and a great time. The hosts Sarah and Rich were both friendly and helpful, providing beautifully presented, delicious food and keeping the Chalet very smart. The...

Just back from an excellent holiday with Cold Fusion at their Chalet Les Bois in Les Praz, Chamonix.Excellent food daily, great chalet hosts and transfers to and from the ski lifts each day, including offering to take us to areas with better snow. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and high quality as usual.

The Cold Fusion set up was something I haven't experienced before - it's rare to find high quality accommodation with the option to stay as a solo traveller. It definitely won't be the last time - imagine a high end hostel with great service and even better food. Seriously - I didn't get why all the reviews I read before...

Amazing experience - went for Christmas week, met some very interesting people. There isn't much snow in Morzine, but our host Mel drove us to Avoriaz daily. The food was HEAVENLY !! Better than restaurant standard, and there's always a great selection of wine (unlimited during dinner time)! Definitely try paragliding if you are in Morzine. Totally worth it. 75...

After reading numerous reviews, I apprehensively booked with Cold Fusion. I honestly went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. The staff in Morzine (Mel and Kenny) were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to serve our every needs. From rebooking classes, scheduling massages, suggesting entertainment options, and just by being two awesome hosts, they made what I...

If you want a holiday taken care of without planning all the details I recommend Cold Fusion Chalets. Everything from airport transfers to being flexible during unscheduled pickups (which the CF staff are not obligated to do). James was a great Chef and even catered for requests and John was on call whenever I needed him. The Chalet was kept...

Just come back from a Cold Fusion holiday and had to write about the food. James the chef prepared a three course meal every evening and a breakfast that was absolutely delicious (and don't get me started on the cake for afternoon tea). I would recommend this holiday. Plus amazingly there was plenty of snow for boarding!! Xx
