If you are looking for a clean, functional, good located hotel, stop looking. Very service minded, helped us book bus to Courmayeur, checked rental cars etc etc. Quiet but central location, 100 meter to L'Aiguille de Midi, 100m to ski buses, 100 m to town. Ski room in the basement. Elevator. Nice rooms with balcony/terrace, most with view of Mt...

My friend and I took a snowboarding trip to Chamonix and stayed at Hotel L'Oustalet during the weekend of February 18-20, 2010. The hotel was everything that we could have wished for, and much more. First of all, you can't beat the location only a 5 minute walk from the train station / bus station (where you can catch transporation...

This hotel was a complete surprise....It looked ok from the outside...but the room/suite we had was just amazing. It was totally alpine lodge in decor...pine built-ins, very charming and totally "alps". The staff was wonderful! Nice (but expensive) breakfast...probably would skip that. DO STAY HERE!!

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Our hotel room was 2 bedrooms with separate bath and toilet. Very comfortable and great service. It is walking distance to the town and restaurants and also to the main gondola lift. There is internet connection for E1 per hour but the reception will check web cams for the mountains if asked...

This hotel was fantastic and affordable. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pool and sauna. Our rooms had balconies which looked out onto the mountain! The service was friendly and perfect.
