We slept in a suite located not in the main building but in the chalet in front of it. Newly renovated, very cozy, excellentstanding. Service was overall friendly and efficient, breakfast was simply outstanding, both in the food as in the service provided. To find a small con, the sauna area is very cozy but the sauna itself will hardly accomodate...

Very pleasant and cozy hotel. Nice location, walking distance to center of town. Consider using a car to Access to Aigulle du Midi cable car as it is a 30 min walk. Marvelous breakfast, with a fantastic view and great service. A must in this hotel. Good size bedroom, with a complete bathroom and a spacious closed with safe. Parking...

Really nice hotel, super-cute rooms that give you a cosy feeling, friendly service, great breakfast. The hotel is a great option to stay in Chamonix as really everything there makes you feel welcome and at home and it is very close to the center. On top it has a sauna with a small spa area. Closeby you can rent skis...

clean, organized, full of amenities, BEAUTIFUL ski room, extremely nice staff. The rooms were a perfect alpine chalet style, the parlour was a great place to relax and drink tea in the afternoon. The freshly baked pastries and cakes each day were to die for! Amazing fresh juices daily at breakfast! Nothing missing at all!

I have to be picky to find negative things to say about this place. The owners have done a wonderful job to keep the chalet charm, with the hand hewn original beams, reclaimed wood panelled walls, and mixed in just the right amount of modern. My room had a large walk in closet, a very comfortable bed (usually not the...

We spent three nights at the Chalet Hotel Hermitage Paccard in Chamonix, and truly had one of the great travel experiences of our lives. The area, of course, is stunning-so too is the Hermitage and the level of hospitality is impressive. The accommodations are at once tasteful, elegant and comfortable. We immediately felt 'at home'. The range of amenities is...

Stayed here for 8 nights over UTMB week. Perfect location for easy access to the key race venues yet quiet enough to ensure a good nights sleep. Staff lovely and friendly. Entire hotel well decorated and excellent bathroom complete with robes and slippers. Stayed on a room only basis and didn't partake of the hotel breakfast option as it was...
