Charming, busy city with lots to do. Many hiking trails, shopping, great food, quiet walks, rock climbing, easy to get around. Bus service is excellent and runs to very late. Cost is not that high for a luxury type area.
Friendly, clean hotel.limited evening menu but good food. Service sometimes slow due to limited staff members, but always professional and friendly. Stunning views of mont blanc from the room balcony. Unfortunately no food available at lunch time.

The eden was perfect for our group of middle-aged snowboarding blokes.
The rooms were a cut above the usual alpine standards with fantastic views of the mountains and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We tried to reserve a room at this hotel but unfortunately it was full, so we stayed at a nearby hotel and visited a couple of evenings and throughly enjoyed drinks in their cosy bar and a fantastic meal in the restaurant.
