Reception closes at 8pm. Key was supposed to be waiting for late check-in, but wasn't. We only got our room because some of the kitchen staff had not left yet. Hotel WiFi is very poor and polite request to reboot router was refused. Hotel security is poor: door is open 24/7 because the keypad is broken and not repaired. Hotel...

First of all we wanted to appologize, all we want is for you to have a nice stay and our international team does it's best to help this. Our reception closes at 8pm but we provide 24h support, work as a team and the keys are put out by the last staff member leaving the hotel. We hope you will...

As of today, Tripadvisor shows the Eden as being the 38th best hotel in Chamonix out of 76. Presumably, once the old reviews from when the hotel was under the old management it will jump up, but until then its business will suffer because these rankings are so important to so many people. This is great news for people wanting...

I was at the hotel when the new Russian owner just came and the management and the team were changed completely. Now, I am sitting and relaxing at the most beautiful lounge area next to the bar and restaurant. That is amazing and unbelievable how everything is changed. Stylish furniture, nice atmosphere and so friendly and professional staff. It is...

I ate there twice last week and am full of praise for the restaurant and the bar, and the people who work there. I stayed at the Eden many times in the 2000s and it seems it had a bad time after the old owners sold it, but it now has a new owner and manager, and is now rebuilding...

After a number of visits to l'eden with a variety of owners and experience this year has to be the best. Absolutely back to the hotel we know and love - see you next year definitely. Great new owners and really helpful staff. All you need after a day on the slopes.

Good hotel, nice quiet location, but with easy access to everything. Very welcoming hosts and staff that always go the extra mile to make your trip an enjoyable one. Things I remember We were offered late checkout. The hotel know or can guess your every wish. The train is less stressful than the bus. There is no room with a...

When we arrived the hotel was as we were expecting it to be, basic but comfortable. The restaurant and bar have recently been refurbished and have a nice look to it, but lacks any atmosphere, as not many people seem to use it. Maybe that might be due to the way that the chef and management speak to people. During...

Hi Girls & thanks for your comment it's always good to get feed back. It's unfair to say I was rude when I asked politely at 17h when you returned from skiing if you could pay before 18h as I had to leave to get my dog who was alone from 9h. You came down after 18h30 and we settled...

This is a 2* touring hotel. It's not the Ritz. But rooms are warm and comfortable, bathrooms are lovely and have masses of hot water (crucial for skiers). It's conveniently close to the main road to the pistes with easy parking. The food is superb and the public rooms are gorgeous. Most of all, the staff are super-friendly and made...

Arrived on a dark wet evening without a booking. Received a very friendly welcome and was given a large room with a small balcony and fantastic view of Mont Blanc. Les Praz is in a great location which is close enough to walk in to Chamonix but quiet and out of the melee. Good starting poiiunt for lots of walks....

This was my first and last stop on the Tour Du Mont Blanc and I could not have picked a better place to begin and end my journey. The manager was warm and welcoming and the room was lovely. Also the restaurant was excellent !
