Let me caution you right off, you will not be able to drive up to the front of the hotel, but there is are two public parking lots that are very close and inexpensive. Our luggage is on wheels, so it was not a big deal. This is a small family-run hotel that is located right on the main shopping...

Even though we were staying for only one night and coming from close by Geneva, I wanted to choose the best option. We were very pleased. Our twin bed room ( I think room 27) was actually better looking than the photos. It was a good size, practical bathroom with lots of shelf space, big TV, quiet as it was...

We stayed for one night. The room on the fourth floor had a lovely view of the lake. The room was very pleasant, reception was very helpful. Being right on the street was great, giving us access to plenty of choice for eating. Didn't try the breakfast so cannot comment. Would use again.

I wasn't sure what to expect here. It's a 2 star hotel in a building that's about 150 years old. Not what I'm used to. Anyway, I emailed them in advance and got prompt response. We were going to arrive for late check in and it wasn't a problem. The location was ideal for us. Right in the centre of...

Nice location in the pedestrian area of Evian with parking available nearby. Spacious, clean, slightly old fashioned rooms. Friendly advice from the (expat) manager. Continental breakfast was fine. Good value.

Enjoyed our three day stay, wonderful room, had special view, great breakfast, would have stayed another week but had no time. Will return in the future. Great location, pedestrian street, close to convenient parking, restaurants, lake front, train station not far if you want to travel to Geneva (train/bus combination). Managers very friendly and professional. Bathrooms modernized recently. Whole set...

It's very standard! Nothing great nothing poor! When we arrived they were hanging sheets outside our window. The hotel tried to create an atmosphere of being posh by playing classical music over breakfast which makes it all feel very twee. Breakfast is 8.50 per person which isn't too bad for what you get. We found no air con a little...

My husband and I were basically "winging" our road trip through Switzerland and France. On our way back toward Geneva from Zermatt, we stopped in Evian on our way to Lyon. We immediately fell in love. Unfortunately, we decided to continue on to Lyon which was a little too much city for what we were looking for in a vacation....

This wonderful hotel is at the main shopping street. Room was beautiful! Old parquette creaked just like it should and bed was good to sleep in. Breakfast was small but good and the croissants excellent. Extra plus from classical music playing softly in the background.

This hotel is old but amazingly maintained and has charm. The highlight was the staff, they could not help us enough and gave us great recommendations for food and activity and helped make a bike ride around the lake possible. Highly recommended

“Get a room that does not have access from a patio through the window...could be accessed by folks who should not be in there (and the cleaners leave the windows open during the day). We never had any issues but better to avoid a potential problem. A higher floor with windows to the street below (i.e. can't be accessed) is better. FYI - opening your window is the only thing that will cool the room down.”
