Stayed at the Residhome with my wife while visiting family in Grenoble. We had a small apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen and seperate bathroom/toilet. The hotel is housed in the former army headquarters and has a square with fountains where the old parade ground used to be. Views of the Alps from one side are breathtaking. The breakfast was ok,...

Stayed here for 6 nights, rooms are big and clean, staff are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is very tasty, fresh with wide variety. Excellent orange juice and croissants. The only drawback experienced is that the rooms aren't cleaned on daily basis which is not that good. I do recommend for an enjoyable stay

We stayed in an apartment and there was enough space for the 4 of us. Nice and very clean rooms. Nice hotel and helpful staff. There were two things which bothered me: 1. the shower was separated from the toilet... a little odd for us, question: where to wash your hands when using the toilet? :) 2. we wanted to...

Despite the nice locate and the historical building the service does not deserve a 4-star at all. The service is poor and there is a lack of quality in maintaining the standard. A few remarkable examples: - the laundry machine for the guests: one of out two is broken, permanently. The other is almost always used by the hotel personnel...

The hotel is nicely located near the centre of the city and has a shopping mall and a supermarket within 5 min walking distance. Handy if you rented a family room with a kitchen like we did. Parking is in the public parking of the shopping mall, but you can get a key card to enter and leave so you...

Was my first stay in this hotel and need to say it is very nice for a business stay. Hotel is just 10 minutes away from City center and just a block away from a few nice bars / pubs. Breakfast is delicious with yummy fresh bread rolls, nice variation of colds cuts and some salmon. Will be back!

Staying at this hotel now. Checked in on 9 Dec with 20 of my colleagues. Our rooms are all very good and spacious but unfortunately the fans in the toilets are not working! Most of the staff are caring and friendly. Breakfast is just ok with no change in the stuff! Everyday the same things again.

when the main purpose of a hotel in a foreign land should be to ensure a good night's rest, this hotel is more than acceptable. proximity to indian restaurants (up to 20 min walk) is another good feature apart from a central location within Grenoble. hotel staff are fluent in English (nice considering that you are in France), but typically...

This is a nice hotel but be careful when booking a 1 bedroom unit/apartment. Apparently a few of the 1 bedroom unit/apartments have no windows so during busy periods guests are put in there. So, even though we booked last November (more than 6 months in advance) we were put in this room. Its very oppressive with no windows so...
