Stayed in Lyon for 1 week on business. The location of the Hotel is fantastic, with everything you wanted just minutes away on foot. There's plenty of public parking very close (Place Bellecour), and staff is very professional, friendly and cordial. Rooms are small (as expected) but typical for hotels in downtown European cities. I will not hesitate going back...

I hadn't expected great things as some of the reviews weren't fantastic but this hotel really was a pleasant surprise. The room was small but with really high ceilings and huge shuttered windows with a balcony to the street below so it didn't feel too cramped. The location is excellent, really centrally located. We parked the car in a nearby...

I think they have 1 or two rooms they remodeled to take pictures and post on the site. The real rooms have nothing to do with the pictures posted. I paid for a superior room and I got one in which the ac wasn't working. After they unsuccessfully tried to convince me that is normal to need 1-2 days far...

The hotel is right in the middle of Lyon. The front desk ladies were very friendly and very helpful. The lobby area and restaurant is charming with the typical french charm "d'une autre époque". The room was very spacious and calm. Bathroom and room were very clean, although the bathroom woudn't mind a "refreshment". But the most important for me...

The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful (e.g. they made me a dinner reservation on our arrival). The hotel was nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was great, including Lyon's famous praline brioche. The location was perfect for exploring Lyon by foot. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is situated in a great location, with good proximity to the Metro. The front desk staff was extremely cordial. Sandrine was great and Liz Marie was excellent. The breakfast was the best combination of quality and price during our whole trip where we stayed in many hotels. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Great location on a quiet street not far from transit, attractions, the river- Vieux Lyon is just across the Saône. Small, but clean and up to date. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Front desk even went up the stairs to check if my room was ready early. I even got a complimentary upgrade to a larger room.

In June my husband and I and another couple were staying in Lyon after a river cruise and we wanted something central where we could walk to most places. This hotel was perfect for that. We could walk to both rivers and to Old Town. We had a very spacious room and the front desk staff were very friendly, helpful...

Stayed for one night en route to Provence. Euro 2016 was on - did not realise this at time of booking - hence prices were high and quality of accommodation for the price was low. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was fine however decor odd and very dated - in need of a major renovation. Great central...
