Cleaners, maintenance men making a lot of noise from early in the morning. Hotel nice but expensive. Reception staff very helpful except one man with dark skin. He was very angry for no reason and is rude to his colleagues and customers. Serious attitude!

I spent one night there (from 23.00pm to 7.00 am) with a friend in a twin room and we paid about 130€. If you want the breakfast it's 18€ more, if you just want to use the parking it's 24€ more for just one night !!! Ohhh and we asked if we can have the car for 7 am in...

Stayed here as part of a technical session that was being held there. Would not have chosen it otherwise. Newly renovated lobby, nice, clean, relatively large rooms, reasonable priced. Internet was free, but I opted for the higher data rate version for a fee (I think it was 9 Euro a day). Breakfast buffer was good, but not terribly varied....

It is well located and the main square is nearby. The old city is ten minutes away on foot. The rooms are small but very comfortable. The bathroom was new and clean. Although I don't watch television, I was impressed by the large screen tv on the wall. The sheets were so white that you can feel the cleanness. There...

Stayed at this hotel many times. Rooms have been redecorated, minimalistic design, clean and well presented. Room service isn't very good. You can only order hot food from 1230-1400 and 1900 - 2300. The night receptionist lacks charm and is quite rude. Day staff are far more helpful and friendly. The hotel is well located and ideal for visiting down...

I chose this hotel rather than another Mercure nearer to the office based on the fact that it has a gym and a pool. I was quite disappointed by the offering though: the gym and the pool only open at 7.30 which is far too late if you need to get to work for 9am. The pool is the tiniest...

I spent 3 nights in this hotel and really recommend it. The rooms have a good size, the bed is very confortable, the breakfast is amazing. There is a metro station 100 meters from the hotel or you can walk arould 10-15 minutes to the center, its a nice walking anyway because Lyon is a lovely place.

I only stayed here overnight so didn't get much chance to experience the hotel. But what I did was great. Friendly and helpful when I arrived, the room was very nicely done and easy check out also. Location was perfect for what I needed - close enough to walk across the bridges into the Old Town but also close to...
