I split my two weeks in Lyon both here and at the nearby Hotel Carlton Lyon, and that probably isn't fair to the Beaux Arts which unfortunately didn't match the extremely high standards at the Carlton. For one thing, the front desk people here were often nowhere to be seen whenever we returned at night! It is likely they were...

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. As we are in the heart of the presqu’ile, it is true that you can hear some street noise when you keep the window open from some rooms. We can definitely make sure when you will come back that you get a room on the court side as this point...

Stayed here two nights. Great location. Took a taxi to get here. Cost about $20 with two other couples and luggage. They charge extra for a fourth person :( and sometimes for luggage! We enjoyed the city a lot. We had the best excursion here with the E bikes and we highly recommend it!!! We did lots of walking and...

We arrived into Lyon mid afternoon. There was no car park attached to the hotel, but a couple of car parks within a few minutes walk. (Overnight stay at Bellacour Parking Station was Euro 9.75). The gentleman on reception at the Mercure was very helpful and advised that they had upgraded us. What a beautiful room - on the 1st...

We only stayed the one night here but it was an enjoyable experience. Hotel is in a good location, staff were very helpful and friendly. Ask for a Privilege room for a better experience as they have views over the square. Great sound proofing too.

Nice modern hotel. Our room was on the small side but really well designed. Bathroom up to date with hand held shower and rain shower. There are two sets of windows which meant the room was lovely and quiet. Being on the 5th floor you also have a small balcony with good views. Super convenient for great shopping, restaurants plus...
