Negative point: a lot of noise at night, on the annex side.
Breakfast too expensive for what is offered: 22 euros per person.
The shutters and curtains in the room are not blackout, we were staying with children so got up early due to daylight and a complicated nap 🙄

The welcome was very professional, rooms had been provided as luggage (locked when we were in meeting). Rooms for conferences very pleasant, small working rooms also.
The room was great, as well as the bathroom. Very well soundproofed. Excellent bedding.
The terrace overlooking the pool was very appreciated at the cocktail party of the evening.
The SPA offers several indoor and outdoor pools. The water in the inner pools was a little cold, but the outer pools were at perfect temperature.
High-end breakfast very complete and varied
The only downside of the stay was the caterer: not all the dishes indicated on the menus were available either on the first noon and during the cocktail party, the whole was quite bland and many of us were hungry at the end of the evening. The meal the next day was full but unfortunately unmanageable for lactose intolerant people (starter to ricotta, dish with cream).
The staff is kind but unprofessional. During the service at the restaurant, we tighten the glasses without going around the table and we pass the arm in front of the guests.
Lack of cleanliness in the breakfast room. Spilled coffee in front of the coffee machine as well as chocolate, leave it for the whole breakfast. No servers came to clean up. Cutlery is missing from the tables.
Our room had views of the pool, and the green spots at the bottom of the pool and on the pool walls.
This is not worthy of the standing of a four-star.
First of all, I would like to thank Director Kevin G for his 'little attention' on the birthday of my mother, who turns 83 today. Attention that touched her a lot, and so did I. What pleases my mother, also makes me very happy. The shower was very convenient because the bathtub is very complicated for the elderly. This is the third time I've been here, and I'm still very excited. Everything is perfect. Again, THANK YOU.
e slip more it was clogged... room nothing exceptional very old it do not want to continue the stay fortunately there is outside to catch up ... breakfast rine exceptional the waiters rush on you without this return and say sorry we arrive around 9 am it is already dirty at least pass a little sweep ... The floor it sticks... no we won't come back and the elevators a horror there's nobody they stop on all floors you can wait 5 minutes in front of the elevator...
On arrival we were immediately charged €650 loan instead of a simple guarantee, in the room I tried to contact the restaurant several times but nothing, I tried the same reception, I had to call the hotel directly by dialing their number so that someone finally takes my call, later in the evening we go to the bar and we order 2 cocktails (very good) but we are still waiting for our charcuterie board, the rooms are poorly heated and unfortunately the duvets are very thin (it was snowing this weekend), then we asked a receptionist to order us a taxi for 6 p.m., not seeing the latter arriving we asked the receptionist who contacted her if he was arriving soon and there he tells us that he forgot, jokingly I say "you will offer me the ride" but alas nothing! And finally when we leave a young receptionist asks us how our stay was, we tell her everything I just listed and she tells me she's sorry and that it's €605, so I pay and as I leave I tell her that a small commercial gesture would be nice but she replies that she can't do anything, I think that to repair a damage or calm down a customer you can call your director or a manager and offer 2 breakfasts , one thing is certain is that I will NEVER come back, too bad for us because we loved the SPA.

The spa is nice on paper with areas reserved for adults or women. We arrived on Saturday late afternoon, impossible to put your towel anywhere. I'm in a 4-star hotel and I can't even put my towels on the corner of the chair. The outdoor area is as full as an egg, the sauna and hammam and family chairs are overflowing (the hammam is cold because of the comings and goings of people). On the other hand, in the spaces reserved for women or adults, there is plenty of room to see people. So we try to escape on an armchair at the entrance but it's not possible. Do we have to sit on the floor in a 4 star hotel? The very efficient reception to explain to you what you can do without reassured us by explaining to us that it had not reached the maximum number. What happiness that must be! We tried again early on Sunday morning as well as on Monday when there were few people. When there were 2 people (really 2) in the outdoor course, we kindly asked if we could go outside with the children for 5 minutes to show them the pleasant sensation of hot water outside and we were treated to the speech of "do you realize what you're asking us? It's complicated, we're going to get scolded..." I understand, but on the other hand, during our stay at the spa we were able to see the lifeguard enjoying the hammam then putting his t-shirt back on. work, couples have inappropriate behavior in outdoor baths, this, on the other hand, does not pose a problem. So I wonder if there couldn't be slots for children to enjoy too? The water in the pool is ice cold and the rest is crowded, that doesn't leave much. Before the work we came at least 5 times but will we come back? I do not think so.

I see an obvious deterioration of goods and services for an Award too high and constantly increasing
Pros: the large outdoor pool , and another 25 meters indoor.
Cons: the air conditioning doesn't work or little despite our repeated requests to have a temperature below 26 degrees in the rooms
We do not systematically have dishes for 4 people: we are missing a plate or cutlery that must be claimed. The dish towel is no longer part of the lot.
We discover that the brasserie Lyon plage is closed on Sunday and Monday. They failed to tell us this at Reservation and even upon arrival whereas before it was open every day. (I specify that the Pension is eccentric). The outdoor spa course is very, very old and most nozzles do not work. Breakfast is very limited for a 4 star: few fruits , everything is industrial and without flavor.
That is why we will not come back. Besides this year we only booked for a few days , a shortened stay.
This Inn now only lives with transients and no longer cares about its guests.
