On arrival in the slightly dated room which claims to be falsely contemporary, we discover a piece of nail on the floor, a carpet which does not seem to have been shampooed for a while, the same in the corridors with many stains. A sewer smell that arises each time you use the sink and shower (nauseous and persistent). The bathroom floor is extremely slippery and there is a risk of falling as soon as the floor is slightly wet.

Almost easy access by car if you have GPS or google map. Easy parking, full private parking on a Saturday afternoon arrival. But the hotel is nice, well appointed, good sized room, nice amenities, little fridge, tea-coffee facilities. The bathroom is nice and with Rituals product. Separate WC. Free wifi. A/C. No balcony in room. Breakfast is extra at 18.5 Euros for the buffet and they have a lighter version at 8.5 Euros at the bar. Access to Confluence shopping center is a big plus. Many shops, restaurants and even Cinemas. I can recommend this place and will come back

We have been used to coming on Sundays to have breakfast with our family for at least a year. This Sunday we came across a waitress who recognized us and who certified that we are regulars. She tells us that unfortunately she cannot take people from outside because the hotel is full. But she will still make an effort to ask her manager... and then the nightmare begins. The hotel car park is inside the Lyon confluence shopping Centre car park. There a height restriction with the entrance but depends on how high your camper van is. Best to call the hotel and ask. There is disable parking space in the mall parking and I think the hotel car park too. Hope that helps
