We stayed there during the Euro2016 in June 2016. The hostel is placed very well just up the hill from the Vieux Lyon with a lot of Restaurants and Pub´s. From the terrace, where you can take your breakfast or sit for a beer in the evening (good prices), you have an excellent view over Lyon! The staff was partly...

I've stayed in enough hostels to have realistic expectations of them. This place was fine but nothing special. The location is good, in the old city with most of what you want from Lyon close enough to walk, although is up a large hill. The terrace has very nice views of the city. The rooms were small, six beds crammed...

The hostel is near the city centre and almost next to an Roman theater and the cathedral. There is a lift to get to the hostel so you don't have to walk to the top. Breakfast is really good and in the evening there was a live band. The dorms are not that special, wooden beds with a small mattress,...

Went there for 3 nights in the month of August because the two other hostels in Lyon were fully booked. The rooms were fine but they did not have a lot of plugs for charging and the WI-FI would not get there. They were also not decorated which is a little sad. In order to get WI-FI you would have...

i stayed for one night and it was fine, but i would chose a different place for a longer stay in lyon. +: the rooms are ok, nice view (there's also a great terasse), rather comfortable beds, and there are lockers (bring your own padlock!) and night lights for each bed. breakfast included (cereals, milk, baguette, honey, butter, tea, orange...

I booked a bed here for 3 nights and flew away after the first! Property is really poor, even by french standards! This hostel doesn't propose any activity whatsoever and the overall atmosphere isn't at its best since a lot of the clients are homeless junkies... The breakfast served is minimalist. The only positive comment i could make is about...

Let's start with the pro's: + an amazing view over the city (terrace & rooms) + calm area of the city + nearby the center (the hill up there is exhausting, but that's life :-) ) + friendly staff + price In generally, this youth hostel really fits into our expectations. The rooms were just ok, showers and toilets could...

This is the best hostel in Lyon and one of the best hostel's I've stayed in. Amazing view and great terrace. Really friendly staff, enjoyed playing guitar outside with them. Perfect place to meet people. Ok, there's a hill but no big deal, worth it for the view and we all have legs right? Right in the heart of the...

I spent there 4 nights... and I didn't want to leave! It's true that there's a large slope to get there, but I think it's possible to get there by funicular. Anyway, it wasn't really a problem and for me it was totally worth. Once I got there I found a warm and comfy place, with nice views of the...

I loved Lyon because it's beauty but also for the people I met in the hostel. It has a really cool terrace with an amazing view of the city, a cheap bar and a area to share and meet people. To get to the hostel you have a to climb (it's killer but I did it every day to not...
