We stayed in a double room with a kitchenette. It was a Studio with 1 double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a desk. The kitchen had a small (but convenient) refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, and a sink. Please note that there is a step with stairs that may be somewhat problematic for those with limited mobility.
The hotel offers paid covered parking at a rate of €13 per day (advance reservation is required). While parking is available at the hotel's entrance, the system is metered and expensive, making the covered garage payment more convenient.
The hotel is located somewhat away from the city center, but public transportation is available, and if you enjoy walking, you can explore the area on foot. It's a beautiful route where you can enjoy the Rhône and Saône rivers.
The rate does not include breakfast, but you can prepare it yourself in your room or pay for it at the hotel (they offer the service).
Two blocks away, there is a Lidl supermarket, which is very convenient if you plan to use the kitchenette. Additionally, if you prefer, there are restaurants available in the area.
It is an excellent option in Lyon.
Breakfast was standard hotel fare but we were welcomed warmly and the hotel offered everything we needed.

The bathroom was spacious and equipped with all the necessaries. It even had a shower/tub combination, which is not very common in European hotels. The water pressure was great and temperature stable. There was enough space to place our own toiletries around in the bathroom, which was convenient.
The location of the hotel was very convenient, as we could easily walk to the center town in about half an hour. There were a number of good restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes walk. I am not sure about the parking at the hotel, but since during the month of August, parking in Leon is free, in the majority of the city, we were able to find street parking nearby. Also, between hours of 7 pm and 9 am, parking is free regardless.
In the lobby area, they have coffee and tea available throughout the day, it is reasonably priced. They also have a shelf with a number of items that can be borrowed during the stay, with the collateral of 50 euros. That includes some scooters, children’s little cars and things like that. I thought it was a very nice idea.
We opted out of the prepaid breakfast, but I did come to take a look at it on the morning we were leaving, and took a couple of pictures. It seems to have been a nice continental breakfast, but no hot dishes, cold cuts, fruit and breads. In my view, not worth the money to prepay breakfast.
Hotel locates on a very quiet, tree-lined street, and just a one stone throw-away from the tram T1 line stop - Sainte Blandine (don't use metro). Further down the tram line, two stops, there is a big shopping mall with Carrefour supermarket where you can buy your groceries needed.
For the room, my 1st impression was positive when I walked into the room. The room ceiling is high and huge window that gave me a very positive feeling. The room is clean and well maintained. It has a small fridge, microwave and a cooktops. However, you need to bring your own utensils.
The breakfast is very good. It has all sort of French bakeries, ham and jam (confitures). The facility also has the laundry room on the basement or you can do your laundry outside just few stores away.
The staff are great. Nothing to complain about.
In conclusion, if I am coming back to Lyon, this is the place I definitely stay.

The hotel itself is fine. It’s not dirty but it’s not immaculately clean either and you need a map to navigate yourself around the place. Service is good, once you can find the personnel, and you can sleep four people in a standard suite perfectly comfortably. It’s very reasonably priced too, so we will definitely consider this place again should we return to Lyon.
