We loved this Inn from arrival to Check-out.
Staff with great care, services at the height of a 5-star Pension, exceptional location 2 minutes walk from the city center, the room is very comfortable with a passage twice a day for cleaning and water supply. Exceptional Service. What every 5 star hotel should strive for from the moment you pull up. Marjorie, the Front Desk Manager, was extremely gracious in booking our hotel and welcoming us upon arrival. The doormen, including Adrienne, and the housekeeping staff anticipated and accommodated all requests pleasantly. The Hotel Manager was often seen greeting guests and assisting his staff which was refreshing and effective. We loved the location in town. The rooms are small as everyone has described. We were fortunate to have a junior suite that accommodated two people comfortably. The hotel staff (and the seafood/wine shop kitty korner from the hotel) were the definite highlights of Megeve for us.

Can’t praise the hotel highly enough! The staff were truly outstanding, from the welcoming team at reception to the cheerful bar staff and charming doormen. Our room was kept clean and well stocked with Clairns products, and there was always a small gift of chocolates or beauty care left after the turndown service. We thoroughly enjoyed our night in the fondue restaurant - possibly the best fondue we’ve ever had! On nights that we ate in Megeve itself, the concierge was very helpful and booked our tables. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a wonderful stay. We shall return!

Immaculate hotel. I've been around the world in 5-star hotels and I've never seen a service at this level. You leave the key at the reception and all attendants lift up from the chair to give you good day, good afternoon etc. some absurd details. Only a little negative point is the food, which can improve a little. Anyway, no words. Beautiful staying in a luxurious chalet-style hotel in Megeve, close to the centre but away from the crowds. The room was extremely well appointed and spotless, every single detail was well taken care of, the SPA area is cozy and inviting. Amazing location, friendly staff and right at the start of the centre of village. The hotel staff is very friendly and overly helpful to make this your best experience. They have contacts of good ski instructors, do the ski passes for you and all sort of transport arrangements if needed. The breakfast has amazing hot a la carte choices with one of the yummiest French Toast. The rooms are very comfortable and the property has an amazing location walking distance from ski lift and ski rental stores. The hotel has a nice welcoming and cozy vibe.

Welcome and incomparable service for an ultra central Pension. Everybody's in care. A special mention for breakfast: fresh fruit, waffles, eggs (...) ordered by the minute: exceptional, this changes from the industrial breakfasts offered in other luxury hotels. One downside: a narrow bathroom, but we will gladly return!!

Perfectly located, on the edge of the small center, it allows to fully enjoy the small village of Megeve (not even 30 seconds walk) without being in the tumult of the crowd.
The staff, friendly, kind and extremely friendly and unpretentious. Present just the right thing and really listen to our wishes. Both at the reception, as well as the breakfast waiters, as well as the room services, as well as the SPA staff, not to mention the young little valets... all too nice.
