We stayed for 4 nights over Bastille Day - the whole town came out for fireworks. Our junior suite, 701, had a partial lake/mountain view with a charming balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast some mornings. This charming "auberge" is overlooking the waterfront and has a pool which was never overcrowded during our stay. Everything is within walking distance in the small, charming town. Rather than drive to Annecy town, I recommend taking the Navibus (water taxi) as the parking was insane. Had a amazing dinner at 1903 across the street at Pere Bise. Also dined at the Abbaye in the garden. The breakfast at Cottage Bise is lovely and you can dine under the arbor overlooking the small port. The room was spotless and well appointed. We hope to return to this lovely place of peace.

The quality of service is remarkable. The Pension is an ideal size which allows a warm welcome to the team members while maintaining a careful welcome.
All in a splendid setting by Lake Annecy, the room with lake view is really ideal to take full advantage of it.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed 8 days with our baby, and the Pension size is perfect for managing the baby’s care/naps.

We spent a long weekend at Le Cottage Bise in Talloires (Lake Annecy). We had a beautiful lakeview room and enjoyed just sitting on our small balcony grazing at the surroundings. The pool was just below our room, and we enjoyed it both full days of our visit. The food in the restaurant is excellent, and given the quality, worth the price for the pre-fix options. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning was a treat; with a great variety of items available. Traveling to Talloires and staying at Cottage Bise was worth the 20 minute taxi ride from Annecy. We really hope to return!

A most detestable and complicated hotel.
It took numerous email exchanges to not go ahead with the reservation.

We have a dog who has to pay 25 euros/night and it is expensive enough for the hotel to specify that there is no food for this price some customers might ask
Dogs are allowed in French, but must be small dogs in English (see prices). I have a French Pointer, not an English Bulldog. And they are not the least noisy little dogs.
Then you need to upgrade to a room with a balcony in order to have a dog, 80 euros more.
So 105 euros for a dog!!!!!!!!
And they can't even go to the restaurant
Totally unacceptable conditions.

What greed and what lack of respect for the hosts.

We look down on customers and despise them.
I really don't want to go there with or without a dog anymore.
And all this to lose between 600 and 700 euros in turnover.
A word of advice: refuse animals

Very insufficient quantity on the plate. Forced to take a plate of fries to satisfy hunger....very regrettable. Portion on the plate too small. I don't understand how a restaurant of this standing can give so little food to its customers. When you pay a high price, you have the right to expect to have enough to eat. Apparently this is not the concern of the management of this restaurant

We stayed 3 wonderful nights at Cottage Bise in a junior suite with balcony. The view is simply incredible, you immediately feel welcome with the very attentive staff. The room was very clean, spacious and bright with a view of the lake. The breakfasts were delicious, varied and plentiful. The 3 dinners were worthy of a starred restaurant with simplicity.
You can rent electric bikes on site. A beautiful outdoor swimming pool also awaits you. We thank the whole team for their kindness, a special mention to Anthony for the impeccable service and Victoria at reception.

4 days of pure happiness, a big thank you to the whole team. The very high quality breakfast with homemade items (the cakes for example, excellent!) A bar to constantly enjoy the magnificent view of the lake, a swimming pool to relax in, a water bunk to sustain yourself around the swimming pool.
The restaurant has two different menus for lunch or dinner, we enjoyed it as much with one as with the other. The spa where the massages practiced were nothing but a moment of pleasure and relaxation. Looking forward to going back!

My family (incl. two boys of 7 & 12) recently stayed in Le Cottage and had a wonderful time. The location (setting by the lake) is fabulous but above all the attention from the extremely friendly and professional team made our three nights really memorable. We had half-board and the breakfasts and dinners on the terrace were excellent with the quality of the food for the dinner of particular note. Despite the covid measures, the hotel was extremely clean, all safety measures were taken care of (staff wore masks/served the bkfst buffet) and we managed an excellent relaxing time including by the pool and jacuzzi which is a real plus. You get a free ride on the tour boat of Annecy; the pedalo and kayak which is managed by a very helpful young team just in front of the hotel (not part of the hotel but very reasonable in price if you want more use of their boats). I seriously can't wait to come back and catch up with the manageress and her team who run the hotel very much as a family affair but with the sophistication of a five-star. Bravo!!

The location is ideal, facing the lake. Nice terrace to have a cocktail for example, but disappointment with the accompaniment offered with the drinks. A few olives and cashew nuts for a cocktail whose price remains very high at €17. The room is OK but lacks a kettle or coffee machine. In other establishments of the same type, this is the norm. The level of catering is good. The staff is attentive. Too bad there is no hammam. Otherwise nothing more to say.

I stayed here in the summer with my daughter. I am a single parent and sometimes that means that you can be overlooked as a guest. Not here. The owners daughter in particular was amazing, considerate and so kind.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we kept extending the days, spending time lazing but the pool but with those gorgeous lake views as we ordered lobster rolls and croque monsieur with truffles. I finished a book!

Room was lovely, we actually changed to the main house with stunning Mountain View’s. Both rooms were lovely, clean and quiet with Nuxe toiletries.

We have had a difficult year and this hotel and staff were just the tonic we needed. We took a boat ride around the lake and dined lake side every night. The food was mouth watering and service attentive. It helped that my favorite wine was in the menu! I also enjoyed both a facial and massage which was so relaxing I fell asleep.

I am almost worried to write this review as this place is so special I want to keep it our little secret!
