We booked through crystal so used there flights, transfers, reps, hosted etc all in all they were very good! We did have a few minor issues most of which got sorted ASAP.... But that's issues with crystal not the chalet! The chalet was in the best position right next door to bars and restaurants yet very quiet... I was a... More

From the moment we arrived, the crystal staff exceeded expectations! They organised everything for us, told us about the different places to go in the area and made sure we had the best week possible! Sam & Charlie's cooking skills are incredible! The meals were varied and all cooked from scratch, also catering for vegans. The chalet was kept very... More

Chalet Reuben was full of treats such as heated boot racks, heated floors, shared sauna and Molton Brown toiletries. Great central location with around 300m walk to the lifts. Our experience was made by the chalet host Tom and our rep Ben was extremely helpful when a member of our party was injured. Above and beyond expectations! I would definitely... More

Brilliant holiday with lovely people. Our chalet host Tom was extremely accommodating and welcoming. His culinary skills are unrivalled! The chalet was very clean and had all the amenities needed. Location is ideal for the slopes, bus and also the bars for an evening drink. The other guests in the chalet were also very friendly - and even helped us... More

Chalet Reuben was warm, inviting and very welcoming, providing you with everything you would need and expect from a ski accommodation. Tom was our chalet host who always went above and beyond. The food was very good quality and served in a timely fashion. Tom was friendly and always willing to help in any way he could. I would definitely... More

We had a week at the Chalet in January 2015. The Chalet itself is fairly small, but cosy. There is a lounge area with TV/DVD and room for board games. The dining table seats ten comfortably. The room sizes vary, but are small but that's ok for a week. You can leave your suitcases downstairs in the heated boot room.... More

We stayed at chalet Reuben's from the 5th April 2014 for 1 week snowboarding. The rooms are as stated not the biggest in the world but we had no trouble at all finding a place for our suit cases plus board bags and still had no trouble getting around the room and we aren't the smallest people..we were in room... As previous reviews have stated the room sizes are very small, but not really a problem - there was half decent storage space and a nice ensuite shower room. The open plan lounge, kitchen/dining room space was comfortable and a nice place to chat with fellow guests or watch a bit of TV. The chalet is in a very good... More

“Pick a room at the back of the chalet as noisy near the living area plus there a bit bigger and have baths!”

“some rooms have a bath which would have been nice after a long day skiing! some rooms have their own balcony.”

“The twin rooms have a little bit more space in them. If you can fold your suitcase / bag flat you might find it easier to store it under the bed. Because of all the snow (and who can complain about that on a ski holiday!) and because the chalet is on a ground floor of three chalets you'll probably not get a great view wherever you go.”
