Knew this was a budget chalet so did not expect luxury but was shocked at the poor level of cleanliness generally throughout, but specifically in the kitchen and food storage areas. It looked like the floor had not been cleaned for weeks with food debris on the shelving. On out last morning we noticed the smoke alarm on the top...

We really enjoyed our weeks holiday at this chalet in Val D'Isere. We had two rooms which were all very clean and tidy. The chalet staff were great, helpful and provided us with lovely meals. Ski and boot storage was handy on site (boot airers would be nice) and the afternoon tea and cake was very welcome after a long...

I had an excellent week here, great cooking at breakfast and dinner. The service was excellent and Annabel and Iona could answer any question I had about where the best places to go out where and where to go for dinner on the night off. My main priority of the week was to ski from first lift to last and...

Everyone knows when you are going on a group chalet holiday with a range of people at the lower end of the budget that you cannot expect the ritz! I had a lovely week at the alpine elements chalet, the staff were really lovely, cooked is wonderful hearty and filling meals so no complaints there. Should this chalet have been...

I stayed at this chalet with a group recently and it is basic to say the least. The first impressions on arrival were of a dingy ground floor and common area with a slightly odd smell. Room number one is a twin directly adjacent to the common room downstairs and is very dark. It also has the hot water tank...

The website states this chalet is recently refurbished, it is not. We were told by the sales team it is ski to your door, it is not. You can hear your everything from the adjacent rooms, even the noise of them having a wee! We complained while we were away but we were simply told there was nothing they could...

Chalet Tutieliere is a very run down chalet with poor facilities and very small rooms and ensuites. We stayed in three different rooms with our party all were equally poor. The twin room with no window was particularly bad as there was no ventilation and it was impossible to sleep. The heating in the chalet was underfloor. This meant there...

Agree with others that the chalet is tired and in need of doing up. The kitchen is in desperate need of attention. Despite this, Alana and Grace, the chalet hosts, did an excellent job and were always tentative (from past experience, this should be a three host chalet not two). Every meal was superb and afternoon cake was amazing. Perfect...

Now run by Alpine Elements this year, the chalet has not improved from other guests experiences in need of doing up but would help if hosts kept clean, the chalet was dirty and the kitchen just as someone's said like a students digs. Our room was a good size but the en suite was very small with only a cloakroom...
