We had a lovely ski vacation. However...we did not enjoy the more and more neglected Club Med Travel : Booking with club's web site not practical. We were again charged for membership. Sales office unfriendly when called. Excessive cost for the transfer from the airport. Parking cost higher than elsewhere in resort, at EUR85 a week. Same applies for ski...

The Club Med staff were fantastic, as always, taking care of everything for you so you can just enjoy the skiing. The lounge/bar area had lots of seating to enjoy your "Apres Ski", pre-dinner drinks and nibbles in comfort. The bedroom though was a bit disappointing, very small and a bit tired. The toilet smelt of a men's urinal and...

Had a phenomenal week snowboarding in Val-d'Isère with family and friends and we were very well looked after by the staff of Club Med. The resort caters for all your needs and has an incredible vibe, and it's highly recommended for people of all ages. A big shout out in particular to Marion Dumont; you made our trip that much...

Just returned from a fantastic week of skiing in Val D'sere. We chose to return to Val D'Isere as it is high and has a glacier so despite the poor snow in the Alps we had a week of good snow with virtually every piste open. We decided to upgrade to the 5 Star Trident area of the Club Med...

The food- goodness me I could eat all day and still not try everything. So much of goodness everyday. The vibe - absolutely incredible atmosphere created by the staff for the guests...

Thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas at clubmed. Wish we had more info about dress code and themed evenings...we only took very casual clothes and were under dressed a couple of times. Food was fantastic but could have been hotter. The staff were amazing!

We had a great stay at the Club Med over Christmas, with the usual enthusiastic and high quality hospitality. Always good to be able to ski in and out, even if the snow wasn't brilliant (admittedly we went early in the season) We were particularly impressed by the food, and the Christmas Eve meal in particular, which was fantastic -...

This is our fifth trip to Val D'Isere and our favourite so far. Club Med is super and catered for all our needs. The cuisine was top notch and the selection vast. Loved the ski in ski out facility and the atmosphere on the snow front at lunchtime and in the mornings. We didn't hire our skis through Club Med...
