This hotel was great. We arrived early afternoon in Baden Baden and relaxed right away on our balcony, which had a great view of the city and mountains. We went to the Roman baths and spent a good 3 hours relaxing at them followed by a great Italian dinner. All of this is within blocks of the hotel, so it's... More

Let's start with the positives: -Close proximity to the town centre - a few leaps down some steps and you are in the main pedestrianised shopping street with the cathedral, casino et al about 5-10 mins walk away -Quiet and peaceful environs -Clean and pretty -Superb breakfast with all you could possibly want and more with very helpful and friendly... This was booked by the tourist office. The hotel had an offer of 99EUR per room for B&B which for a hotel of this standard was great deal for Baden Baden. We have stayed in Baden Baden many times and the accommodation is expensive. The Hotel had been refurbished recently and we had no complaints about the room. The staff... More

The Heliopark is located in the beautiful spa/resort town of Baden-Baden, Germany. This is where the wealthy go to relax, get healthy and indulge in great food and a bit of gambling in a picturesque and tranquil setting. 6 adults and 3 children were in the group and we'd book some suites and regular rooms. The first surprise was that... More

We stayed here for valentines weekend. I dont know the rack rate, but I thought it was great value at 100e per room per night. The hotel is located right in the centre of baden baden, and is pristine. I understand it was recently renovated, and the room we were assigned was very large, warm, with a great view over... More

Booked this hotel at the last minute and found that it was the best hotel of our entire trip! The rooms are gorgeous, large, and opulent. Seems no expense was spared at redecorating. The bar area is a feast for the eyes. Breakfast was fabulous. The staff (especially Simon the bartender) were so friendly and welcoming. Location is right in... More

We arrived in Baden Baden on a whim without a hotel reservation. Our travel book suggested a different nearby hotel with which we were less than impressed. We walked into the Bad Hotel Zum Hirsch and asked if we could see a room. The lobby was small but elegant and made a good first impression. The staff was friendly and... More

We booked this hotel for a romantic getaway. We were not dissapointed! Before going we checked out the hotel and it sounded lovely but we could not find any recent reviews so were a bit nervous booking. The hotel is very central and located close to the spas and the theatre both only a five minute stroll. The entrance lobby... More
