The advantages of this hotel are its location, price, and staff. The disadvantages are its rooms, which are small, old, and sparse. I should confess that I arrived late and stayed in what has to be the worst room in the hotel. It was on the second floor and the hotel's lighted signage lit up my room. The floor was...

We booked Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten through Booking.com, but somehow they didn't have room for us, so they sent us to this hotel, their sister hotel. I wish we had reserved this hotel in the first place! It was off the beaten path, but still in the heart of the old city. The desk workers were friendly and very informative about...

This Hotel taught us a lesson. We arrived in The city late only in time to catch The Tourist information to book a room. Being tired and rushed we quickly picked a hotel that was in the old town and had car parking. The Room while being clean stank of tobacco and was cramped. The breakfast was fine but had...

This was a great place to park our car and see all the sites of Old Heidelberg on foot. We only stayed one night but wished we could have been here two, as there was so much more to explore within minutes on foot. Yet the hotel was tucked back away from the noisiest areas. Breakfast was nice, and so...

The receptionist is an almost doctor in theology and a very good person to chat with. He knew a lot better than us the role of our city during the crusades... The hotel is in a good place, very comfortable and clean, the breakfast is complete! Heidelberg is Heidelberg.

I can't really add anything that hasn't already been said. The hotel was a little difficult to find due to small one way streets. The on site parking is next to the hotel accessed via a small alley. You need to get the key from reception. It is quite small and we were wary of being blocked/blocking someone in. We...

My husband and I live near Nuremberg and decided to spend our New Year holiday in Heidelberg. The hotel is in an excellent location, especially if you are into night life and want to be within walking distance of Heidelberg's best landmarks. The room was lovely, and we had no complaints at all. Then we did something really stupid. We...

Great location (very near to the historical center) and great breakfast! The accomodation was good, clean, but the beds were too noisy and the internet wifi (that was paid and supposed to work on the room) was terrible. The staff was ok (receptionist of the nightshift was not too friendly). They offer parking lot (which is in a private garage)...

The room was very cute and cozy. The hotel is in a great location - we were able to walk to the Christmas Market and to the castle. Parking is not right under the hotel, but was close enough not to be a bother.

My husband, eldest son and myself booked into this hotel rather last minute after deciding on a short break. My younger son is studying at Heidelburg uni and we wanted to see him.. the hotel was basic, very clean with a good selection at breakfast and right in the old town with everything on the door step. The staff were...
