I was spent 1 night in Kaiserhof in October 2016 during car trip. Guy in reception was friendly and helpful. I has got the keys of room very fast. He also helps me with recommendation to park my minibus on the street on the front of hotel door - it was free of charge for hotel guest. Room was normal... More

Stayed here in August 2016 as I got a good deal and the location was fantastic, right in the centre at the Marktplatz! The reception staff were very helpful and provided me with maps and directions to where I needed to go. I had a child with me so they put us in a room at the back which was... More

This hotel is located in the center of the city and has good connections to the public transport system. It is clean and staff is friendly. The breakfast buffet is very good and you can rent bikes for free. The only downside (hence no 5 stars) is that one of the night porters has the ambition to actively participate (and... More

I recently (Sept. 2016) had a room in the old building facing the street. There was construction noise from very early in the morning, and this will last for at least another year. The construction work makes it occasionally difficult to reach the hotel by car. The carpet was disgustingly dirty. The reception knew about this, renovation expected in December.... More

We stayed at hotel Kaiserhof in Karlsruhe for two nights in may 2016. We had a room for 4 people with breakfast. The room had a private terrace with deckchairs and sunscreen which was lovely as we had perfect weather! To get to our room, we must take an elevator, and two stairs. The beds in the room were not... On arrival the reception staff were professional, friendly & helpful. Our room was very inviting, with strong air conditioning which made for perfect accommodation. The bed was excellent, breakfast great. Breakfast pancakes looked a bit thick but were light and delicious!

I spent one week in Karlsruhe for business in summer and I remember situation was very good despite of the street was in works. It was very nice to have dinner in a lot of places very close from there or having a 10-15minutes walk. If is very hot in summer is not recommended because maybe they have only a... More

I wanted a hotel in central Karlsruhe for two nights for work, and the Kasierhof is in a good location. The hotel is old, but the rooms are functional and tidy. If you just need a reasonable value place to stay short term then you can do a lot worse. Note that the hotel is right next to where they... More

...however given the price for one night in the very nice Jacuzzi suite, this place should be a little cleaner. When we started to operate the Jacuzzi, a lot of dirt came out of the jets. I do not know, if we were the first guests to operate it since months, but if you pay more than 150€ a night... More
