I stayed here because it was relatively close to the main train station and I was flying out of Frankfurt Airport the next day. The room was large, clean, quiet.with a free sparkling water bottle, it had an easy to use safe in the room and it had a water heater. (which I always like and often miss) I was...

We have stayed in this hotel for years, starting back in the day that it was a Holiday Inn. It was never luxurious by any means but at least used to be well-maintained. We were last here in 2015 and it was showing signs of wear and tear. I thought maybe we had just gotten a bad room. Now during...

Stayed here for Timewarp. Very central location although entrance and lobby is a bit dated. Staff were very helpful, took our bags in, recommended a great late night restaurant on Sunday night called Frenks (decent Italian open until 4am met Sam Paginni in it!). Only criticism is it was very hot and the air con didnt work (well enough if...

Basic cleanliness, musty carpet - bring slippers for use in room. Bed is too soft for me. Ventilator in the room which is on the first floor, was not working so it was stuffy. However, the front desk sent in a portable heater cum fan, problem solved! Very nice breakfast though same spread daily. Hotel staff also gave good direction...

We stayed with my family in this hotel for one night. The service was excellent right from the beginning of our stay. We had two clean and big rooms with wonderful queen-size beds. The breakfast was generous. The staff in the reception and the lady in the breakfast room were very friendly and treated us warmly. The hotel location was...

Stayed here for two nights on a recent visit to Germany on foot of so many good reviews on trip advisor, well they weren't wrong! Absolutely fab hotel, so brilliantly situated right in the center of town, really lovely staff from John on reception to any domestic staff we met, but the real clincher for us was the room. Huge,...

Wonderful hotel, conveniently located a definite place to stay. Not many places where you get a welcome drink but this is the one. Tidy and spacey rooms. Breakfast at the very high level, enjoyed every bit. One negative feedback for the improvement purpose only - the adjacent rooms separated by the door should be better silenced - possibly thicker doors...

I spent 2 nights in the hotel and everything was very nice. The room was clean and neat, they provided a non-smoking room. I was given upgrade WiFi for membership. The gym is very tiny, but can be used if needed. The breakfast was rich and good quality. The location is wonderful, the hotel is right in the city center.
