A nice and big business Hotel, in a good position, with pool and sauna (at extra cost), a good breakfast (even though the staff could be a bit more friendly and ready to help), nice rooms, horrible wifi (you've to pay for a decent one). A good choice for Stuttgart.

I stayed at the Maritim Hotel in Stuttgart for nearly 3 years. Old rooms were a bit out dated but still with a very home-like feel to them, since the renovation all the rooms are very nice, sometimes not as clean as it should be, but nothing that can't be managed with a phone call to the reception. Breakfast always...

And thank you very much for the part with the cleanness in the room – I have already talked to our executive housekeeper. Kind regards and looking forward to...

I was in Stuttgart for a two night business stay. I had stayed at the Maritim previously, and knew the location provided a short 15 minute walk to Kronigstrsse. There are also two grocery stores in the building next door. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel has two buildings connected by an underground passage. My room was in the...

We booked this hotel through Expedia and our room was in a different building closer to the hotel convention center. We had to go through several lifts and a long corridor to get to our room which was in a corner facing nothing. Parking was below the hotel. We also booked this hotel on its proximity to the Kris Kringle...

Dear guest, thank you very much again for your stay with us and also for your comment on tripadvisor. It is nice to see that you enjoyed your stay over all. It is right that it is a bit to walk to the rooms in the park wing but for this the rooms there are even quieter as the rooms...

This hotel is perfectly located in Stuttgart. Although not downtown, downtown is only a 15 to 25-minute walk depending on where you need to go. Additionally, there are several U-Bahn stops very nearby. The station you are looking for is the Berliner Platz (Liederhalle). Check in, was smooth, with no issues, efficient. Check out, was quick as well, just there...

Dear guest, thank you very much again for your stay with us and also for your comment on tripadvisor. It is nice to see that you enjoyed your time here. The Maritim hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet area and the city centre is easily reachable by walking just about 10 minutes. We stayed there as members of a Christmas Market package tour, and I have to say that the hotel choice was really good. I'm not really used to those package tours, but I was impressed by the...

This is very nice spot in Stuttgart. Very bright and well located. Very nice staff. Clean, good breakfast, etc. But, what business travellers need is good if night sleep and a nice bath / shower in the morning and this hotel fails in both measures. The pillows on the bed were not firm at all and one of them was...

I stayed for 3 nights in December on business. The room was of decent size, the restaurant served good breakfast. Our company organised a dinner at Maritim & the food didn't disappoint! It's close to team/metro. Check out & check in went smooth!
