The Novum hotel is a nice enough place, good staff, well lit room and bathroom, but the booking website we used was misleading. It claimed that rooms were air conditioned. The fact that it wasn't would've been fine if it weren't for the fact that we stayed at this hotel in the sweltering Stuttgart heat, but things were made worse...

If you need to just sleep this place is fine. The room and bathroom is clean and the shared shower is also fine. The room for a single person is fine. I did not have breakfast. The location to the main station is great so if you have an early morning train from Stuttgart Hbf it is perfect. The wall...

While the hotel does look a bit dated, it didnt affect my comfort. For the price, it was suitable. I quite liked the large windows that I could open up. The bedding was comfortable as well. Adequate amounts of space. Excellent location to the Metro and central station. My main issue was with the door handles - more than once...

I booked this hotel solely for the proximity to Hbf. Great location for the Christmas markets too. The hotel itself had helpful staff with great English. The rooms however were a disappointment. The showers were stained and couldn't contain water, it was cold in december with no spare blankets. In the morning when opening the curtaims we saw a heater...

Good points: *Excellent location (could not get much more central Stuttgart). *Friendly staff. *Clean hotel and rooms. *Free WiFi. Bad points: *Outdated (needs modernising quite urgently). *Double bed only comes with 2 single duvets. *Lack of amenities. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. For the price we could not complain. Much cheaper option than all the other hotels in central...

Plus points 1) very near to the Hauptbanhof 2) very environment-friendly Unusual points 1) almost no amenities- they only provide toilet paper 2) hotel cups are not washed after guest use and floor not swept 3) a whole box of sanitary bag was provided in one room but none for another 4) there's an electric kettle in the lobby lounge...

We stayed for xmas markets weekend. The hotel is central right next to main train station and city centre. Rooms are small, tired and expensive for the price, but adequate enough to rest your head for the night, it's disappointing breakfast isn't included. There's free internet, but it's unreliable and slow. At 13 euros for breakfast you may as well...

I stayed here during the first weekend of the Christmas Market. Hotels were really busy this weekend, and I couldn't stay in my usual two hotels: Hotel Unger or Motel One. Hotel Rieker was... a disappointment. It's in a good location, but my single room was VERY expensive, and breakfast wasn't included. But what really hit me, literally, was the...

This hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Fixtures and fitting are dated though and same areas could do with updating. One pillow each on the bed wasn't suffficient so we asked for spares. All the pillows however were very poor !!!!! It wasn't a budget option so paying another 25 euros for breakfast was a bit...

This hotel is only suitable if you want just to sleep somewhere for one night near the train station! NOTHING MORE! It is too expensive for what you take! The hotel is very old inside, very old furniture, and very uncomfortable beds and pillows and rooms are quite cold! The staff is friendly enough and this is the only advantage...
