You get what you paid for. Nothing extra. The only really good thing is that it's quite close to the centre of stuttgart. Easy access to the U5, U6, U12 train. The station is right opposite, the name of the station is Olgaeck.
Hotel is infested with bedbugs.
Stay away unless you want to suffer from insect bites for weeks.
