This was my first time staying in a family hotel. What a great experience and peace of mind because it had EVERYTHING to ensure kids are busy. The location is great - lots to walk around and the bus stop is 2 minutes away. Excellent transport system. Will definitely stay here again

In August 2016, we should have stayed in thenew building but instead the hotel proposed room 217 in the old-style chalet. The renovated room is a 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms 2 terraces so was more than enough for our family of 5. Upon arrival the hotel informed about the all inclusive food and drink, child friendly spa and indoor playground...

This hotel setup (rooms with adjoining bedrooms for kids, all inclusive food and drink, child friendly spa and indoor playground) made our group skiing trip easy and fun. And it's not easy taking five kids under ten skiing! Great staff, good and plentiful food, beautifully newly renovated rooms and lounge areas and great location for the ski lifts (you really...

The last time i was moved to write a review, was because i was so disappointed our stay, i ended up writing a 3-page letter to customer service. This is not the case here. Our stay at the Leiner Hotel was excellent. The staff here is exceptional. They are a family-oriented hotel with as much focus on the parents as...

I'm not the kind of person who normally leaves reviews, but we've just returned from a great week at this hotel - so here we go: First of all - yes the hotel is in need of renovation, but I felt that the good price for the week reflected this. If we'd have stayed in a shiny new hotel, we...

I would have given this hotel an excellent if it weren't for the price. Its one of the more expensive places we've stayed on our recently 6 month trip around Europe. EU159 to my mind is getting up there for a very dated room. As with all German accommodation it was spotlessly clean. I never hesitate to book a 3...

sehr Interessent!! I stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night (late June 2013) in a very cheap, small, and clean one person room (mit private bath). It is a “family” hotel and they cater to kids. So lots of small folks running about with young parents. If I were a young parent (rather than a young grandparent age person)...

Excellent room and bathroom. Very clean. Good restaurant and wonderful breakfast buffet. Free parking. Internet hot spot only in the lobby. If you are looking for a place to go with young children, that's the hotel! If you don't have a car, you can take a public bus to go to the city center and the hotel provides a daily...

This hotel was a last minute find, but a wonderful discovery! We have three children and were in an incredibly spacious room with a terrace, kitchen and living room. There was more than enough room for everyone to have a little space! The breakfast buffet is the best we have had in Germany, complete with traditional German fare such as...

After finding out that Edelweiss was booked three months out, I stumbled across the reviews for Familotel Hotel Leiner. Traveling with kids in Europe, it is often difficult to find family rooms or hotels that welcome children. Hotel Leiner was an unexpected exception. We booked a family suite and it was wonderful! Two bedrooms, one with a queen (well, come...
