This is a very special place, like I understood from my experience and from reviews of others. You have to be attentive to the details. Like here: Booking.com says “It offers a sun terrace and free parking.” Formally it is not true, there is no free parking which belongs to the hotel. But, let’s say, there is not too much...

We booked this hotel on the basis that we would just sleep and travel into the city. We were not looking at all for anything nice. So the wooden furiture were fine and all the amenities functioned. The reason why I gave this low rating is that it seemed we were taken advantage of. First, I read online that check-in...

what was promised during the booking was nothing close to what was offered while I was there to check in. No balcony, no parking close by and not even a toilet for guest use. It was just a stop over for us so did not matter much, I just went ahead and cancelled, Strongly suggest tolook out for an alternatives...

Very good location with bus stop only 50 meters away and the nice city center also 5 min by walk. Lots of restaurants nearby. Frequent buses connect this house to all the important locations like Bahnhof and Skistadium. Hausberg, the place to get Zugspitze bahn (cog wheel train) is also walking distance. But you have to decide and tell the...

We came to the hotel at 22:30. The hotel was closed, the phone number on the door and booking information, was not available. At the same it wasn't indicated in the booking confirmation that it is necessary to warn about the late arrival. Having spent the night at another hotel the next day we arrived to the Haus Hohenzollern Hotel-Garni. Despite...

Very nice, comfortable and admirable hotel is located in the center of the city. The bus stop is in a few steps from the hotel, but we got the bus only 1 time, because the hotel is in the center - the cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance. But the most important thing is that the BMW Motorrad Days...

The location of Gaestehaus Hohenzollern is very convenient, as it is just off Marienplatz and so it connected to both central Garmisch and the resorts. Buses stop 50 m away. It has no parking, which is available nearby. The staff was helpful. You should be mindful, however, that this is a B&B and the lady is there between 7-11 and...

The location is fantastic - you can walk to good restaurants and stores. The city bus stop a 2 minutes away. As a tourist, you will pay a daily "city tax", but you will get a FREE bus pass. Well worth it! If you have a car, there is a FREE parking lot 2 minutes away. I recommend parking the...

“That street, Alpspitzstrasse, can be a bit noisy. You could try to ask for a silent room with windows to the backyard.”
